Fix Auto Durham have just painted and fitted my front mudguard on my BMW motorcycle. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ian and his team and I can’t begin to describe how helpful and accommodating they were. The finished job was first class as was the overall experience. Well done …!

Top class work and service from the team at Fix Auto Durham. I recently required some work to be undertaken on my car, both the door and wheels.

Firstly, a special thanks to Andrew and Donna in customer care as they were extremely responsive, knowledgable and accommodated every need of mine, to ensure that I had a great service! Andrew’s communication was timely and friendly, constantly instilling confidence in the service delivery, always connecting when he said he would, whilst I was out of the country, for which I am extremely grateful for

Secondly, the workmanship that has been undertaken on my car is spot on! I required a brand new door and alloys refurbished. You had a direct contact to the technician, who was equally great and explained everything in laymen’s terms, avoiding all the technical jargon, which is less intimidating for someone who doesn’t have a lot of knowledge in this area.

The Company offered to loan me a vehicle throughout the duration, which is always a plus. They picked my vehicle up and dropped it off. The Company cleaned my car on the outside and it looked brand new!

Overall, the service was brilliant; however, I couldn’t justify marking them down for a few issues:

- Time to get the vehicle booked in. It was approximately several weeks, which due to their demand, I can only assume there are internal resourcing matters that need to be reviewed to meet the demands of the customers. It didn’t overall affect the service, but maybe needs to be reviewed, and;

- Checking and verifying payments to their bank account and with their colleagues before communicating to the customer, to avoid any confusion.

Thank you so much again to the team, I am delighted and would definitely recommend and return again.

I took my car to Fix Auto for bodywork repairs. Michael and Marty were the guys I dealt with and I can honestly say I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Michael kept me informed of the progress of the work throughout and when I collected my car, not only was the work brilliant but my car had been fully cleaned, immaculate inside and out with all the body work polished. Fantastic service, friendly, helpful and very thorough. Thank you.

From start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience. Nothing was a bother and kept me informed of the progress at every stage

My car went in for some body work repair and a coolant tank replacement. Few problems with a separate issue when I came to collect it, the spark plugs needed replacing. They fixed this in 24 hours and didn’t charge me for the labour.
Overall, the car looks great and runs really well. Special thanks to Martin who even drove my car back to me once it was all done
