You were help and quick and a good job

Arranging a time for putting my car in and communication with me throughout from their front desk was excellent. My one niggle was that I did not expect the courtesy car that I was provided with to have had to have been covered by my own car insurance - I really didn't want that to take that risk. This may have been down to my car insurance company, but has not been my experience in the past with the same company when getting repairs done through them (and recently through a different FixAuto branch, unless that is I hadn't been made aware). As a result I returned the courtesy car after one day having used it to return home after dropping off my car at the body shop. Not a great inconvenience, but something that could have been. That said this does not change my overall +ve view, and I am recommending FixAuto to any daughter for work she needs doing on her car.
