Excellent customer service and body repair

10/10 Service

Just had my Mrs' car done and the communication and service was perfect. I was told a day work will begin and the day it would be finished and there were no issues.

Jamie & Bush were amazing and would recommend using this place for your body works.

Dan who works at the fix auto Hainault dealing with customers, was extremely helpful and very friendly. Going above and beyond to help. Give him a pay rise !

My car went in on Wednesday and was back by the following Tuesday, it was repaired , cleaned inside and out, and was delivered back home to me by Ian, all the work was carried out as discussed. I'm very happy with the results and will use fix Auto again if needed.

Brought my bmw i8 in a week or so ago with quite extensive side panel,door and alloy damage. The car has just been picked up today and it looks absolutely brand new! Price was more than decent! Fantastic service and I will be using them any time I have a ding moving forward. 10/10

Their driver Ian picked my car from my house, he checked the damaged, took photos, he noticed some damage which I missed and advised me to let the third party insurance know.
I was updated nearly every week about progress of my car's repair.
There driver Ian returned my car all back to original, very happy with the work on my car.

I have used fix Autos on two occasions now and have been exceptionaly pleased with the work carried out and the maner and speed the jobs were carried out. The front of house staff are always a pleasure to deal with. If I have the misfortune to need repair work done they will be my first port of call.

Brand new van was damaged while parked. Was booked in for repair within 24hrs and they did a fantastic job. Kept me up to date throughout. Fantastic staff on the front desk, polite and easy to get through to.

Our car was collected on time .we were kept informed on progress of repairs and the car was returned to us a lot earlier than expected The driver who returned it was prompt and polite and we were able to pay the excess amount with no problem. We are pleased with the service we received thankyou.

on collecting my car the first time when I got home the next day I noticed that the bumpers was out of line. I took the car back and they took the car to the body shop on the way back from the body shop. had accident. Somebody reversed into it regardless of all this happening I still found first class service. They made me feel very special from the very beginning to the very end thank you very much for being there.

Risha at front desk was very helpful and kept me updated with my repair.

Great customer service. Repaired my car ahead of the agreed date. I was kept updated via phone calls on the progress. Car was delivered back to me by a lovely man called Ian. Excellent service from start to finish.
