Took a while waitin on parts, but the results are flawless.
Great service, communications and workmanship.

From start to finish Fix Auto made a stressful situation much easier. They were helpful and kept in touch. The courtesy car provided was in great condition and east to drive. My car was returned clean and like new in a very short time.

Great communication. Did a super job on the repairs and gave the car a full valet outside and inside, so drove home in a clean and very shiny car. Very pleased and would recommend.

Speed of service was excellent. I visited without prior notice and Alan was available immediately to provide an inspection of my car and a quote for the repairs.

The girls at reception are absolutely lovely, smiling and friendly. Kelly was attentive in managing my expectations for when my car could be repaired and when it was ready.

Contact by email and telephone to make arrangements for the repairs was spot on.

Had my car repaired by Fix Auto Colwyn Bay after a bit of a bump. The communication from Kelly throughout has been great and courtesy car was also ideal. There was some delay in getting parts but regular texts advised me what the current position was, which was very helpful. Also had a couple of courtesy calls from Kelly providing further update on situation with the car, which were unnexpected but much appreciated. Neuryn, the guy who picked up and delivered back the car was also very pleasant indeed. All in all a very pleasant experience from what could have been a difficult one!! Diolch Fix Auto Colwyn Bay.
