Work carried out to a professional standard

Thank you for sorting my car damage out for me. Your staff from the body shop, including the receptionist were very pleasant and helpful.
Apart from being told not to brake too hard - otherwise the car would nose dive into the road - my words; I would have liked a quick run round about how things worked particularly the automatic system. At least I had a manual to refer to which doesn’t always happen.

Very professional service and friendly helpful staff. Car was cleaned before return which was a bonus. Would have been 5 star because I was promised progress reports on everything that was done to the car but I did not receive them. Had to chase it myself.

kept informed of the progress all of the time, ready when I was told and waited after 18.00 hrs for me to collect. Alex Hosteller on the Bodyshop Reception was very helpful.

Fix Auto made contact soon after my accident to get my car booked in for repair. As I was not local, they were happy to come to my place of work to collect my car and the driver picking it up was punctual and friendly. My car was repaired to a high standard with good communication from Alex and collection was swift and easy even down to a slight issue that only came up upon leaving the site which was sorted promptly. Very friendly reception staff who explained very clearly what was going to happen. The repair to my car was brilliant you would not know it had been in an accident

I had an accident caused by another vehicle running me off the road, my insurance wanted to write the car off, i rung fix auto at bury st edmunds and they made everything ok, they took away all my stress and worry about losing my car, alex was amazing and sorted it all out from getting my car recovered etc, she keep me informed all the time of what was happening, and they fixed my car which i am over the moon about. I will never recommend my insurance company to anyone, but i will recommend fix auto to everyone.

My car was hit by another car whilst parked, my insurance company got me to have it repaired here. I must say I was very impressed with the service I received. Communication was great too, Alex and Bruce kept me totally in the picture. My car was repaired to a brilliant standard in a very short time and was soon back in my possession

I reversed in to a bollard and took it to get estimate at the repair centre and the professionalism was great
Gave me so much confidence in the job that was going to be done
And being a women don’t really know much about cars but they explained everything and felt in safe hands
They took car and resprayed the rear bumper and it was quick done and cleaned in 2 days
And kept me informed every step of the way
When I got the car back had to look twice at how great it looked
