Terrible garage
Terrible garage - would not recommend, always delayed and will keep extending repair times and too it all off they don’t even valet the car before returning it to you- there was a huge coffee stain on my vehicle which wasn’t there when I gave the car in! Very poor service from this garage

I had my car back yesterday
I had my car back yesterday. I was very pleased with the work. It looks like new. A really good job. The customer service was excellent and they even delivered my car to work from me.
They gave me a smart curtesy car too.

Car was picked up from my home and taken away to be done . Job was done swiftly once in garage . Car was then returned to my home. I consider my job was done very well and the service of all staff was impeccable. Excellent service .

Excellent service
The staff at Drive Vauxhall in Filton are both welcoming and efficient. After already being inconvenienced by an accident the last thing needed was any further hassle or worries with what follows. However both my insurance company and this repair centre made the process easy and more palatable than expected so well done.

Great Staff
Staff were excellent and very understanding of my needs. There was a long wait for parts and work to be done but they were able to get my car into a condition that I could have it until there was space for my work to be done.

Rear bumper replaced
Rear bumper split and replaced along with left hand side rear lights. The car was away for one week during this repair. The repair and finish of the repair look good, no complaints about workmanship.
My only complaint more of a moan than a complaint is that all customer parking bays seem to be full every time I visit and I have to drive round the garage several times looking and waiting for a parking space to become free. They are always busy a sign that they must be doing something right.
