Disappointed to have to wait 3 months…
Disappointed to have to wait 3 months to get picked up for repair and had to get through to head office to complain.
After taking car I would have liked a courtesy call to explain delay in work due to wait for parts, instead I had to chase after hearing nothing for 2 weeks on a relatively minor repair. Car was returned with empty tank when I had halve filled courtesy car for return and car had not been detailed upon return
Staff were overall friendly, polite and helpful

We are sorry that there was a delay in collecting your vehicle to start the repairs, we called to you to explain we had a bereavement to one of our staff and that was why there would be a delay booking the car in initially, which you were happy to wait at the time. When the vehicle came into the body shop for the repairs to be carried out unfortunately there was a delay on two back ordered trims that we were waiting for which delayed competition of the job. We really appreciated that you had filled the courtesy car with fuel, we are happy to give you a cash refund to pay for some fuel for your vehicle. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to improve our overall repair times in the future, the industry is experiencing many delays on parts due to the pandemic which is very frustrating for us as a repairer.

The full repair work was done to a…
The full repair work was done to a superb standard. One small problem though, a plastic trim insert above the rear offside door has a crack in it. Apart from that the work is first class.
