My Vauxhall Astra car was involved in a hit and run a few weeks ago causing damage to its rear. My insurance company selected Fix Auto’s as my repair shop and I can’t thank the garage enough for the fantastic job they’ve carried out on the car! Mel was lovely and really helpful, kept me informed and was really accommodating! The day I dropped off the car I was extremely lucky enough to be given a brand new 75 plate Vauxhall Corsa courtesy car which they’d received that morning only had 9 miles on the clock which had been a joy to drive over the past week! Took the car on a Wednesday and by Thursday my insurance approved the repairs and the garage began the work. By Tuesday the car was ready and I picked up on Wednesday morning. Upon collecting my car they’d given it a lovely wash both inside and out (smelt gorgeous!). It was absolutely glowing! Thank you so much again team for the fantastic job and friendly customer service! ✨

I've just picked my car up from Fix Auto today and I'd like to thank Mel and the team for doing an immaculate job in repairing the damage to my car.
The whole experience was made much easier by Mel who communicated with me regularly, updating progress every 2 days and offering advice and information when necessary. It's difficult and stressful going through incidents like this when you're not used to them, but Fix Auto made it all much more simple, straightforward and tolerable.
The finish of the repairs was of the highest standard and I would recommend them to anyone.

Cannot recommend them enough! Every one was so helpful especially Mel who made me feel so looked after, from drop off to collection. When dropping my car off she was made aware that I would have to get a taxi home, instead Mel arranged for Barry to take me. She went above and beyond to make my experience great.

Whilst there was a delay in Fix Auto being able to start our car we were always kept infomed by Mel and Steve.

The car now looks perfect, many thanks to all concerned .THANK YOU.

Yes I would recommend but not if going on holiday!

I took my car for assessment 6 weeks before it was booked in for repair. The courtesy car was the smallest car you could imagine especially as mine is a SUV. I was told at assessment it would be a week. As I was going on holiday I needed my car back which I should have the car back on Mon & go away Fri so no problem. However, their was a part not ordered & delayed the repair process. I was extremely stressed it wasn't going to be ready & dealt with Mel who did her utmost to ensure it was ready & appreciated it very much. I collected my car on the Thursday relieved & thankful Mel had pushed for it to be completed. However, there was an issue with the wheel trim not correct but didn't affect me taking the car & the workshop manager came to have a look. He said to have our holiday and get in touch pop it in and it would be done while I wait. I need to make this appt now I am back. Thanks so much to both of them for getting it ready in time although it was stressful!

Very friendly and helpful. Regular progress updates. Repair appears to be undetectable (as it should be) so good job done. No complaints whatsoever.
