Fivestar Services - Euronics  Recensioni

Excellent delivery service and good technical advice.

Fr om ordering over the phone to installing my washer was excellent service ,asked for pm delivery no problem installed quickly taking the old one away also got good advice over a new dryer for winter

The dishwasher was delivered on time. The engineer who installed it was very efficient, tidy.
We were impressed by the guidance from the shop and the short time it took to be ordered.
We will definitely purchase from Euronics again as we have done in the past.
Many thanks.

I’ve used this shop for a few years now and I can’t fault their service …

We bought a dishwasher and washing machine from the store in Cleveleys. The service was friendly and helpful and the engineers came on time and tested both items before finishing off the installation.
Very friendly and polite plus all packaging and old machines taken away at a very reasonable price.
Would highly recommend

Very friendly team and great service. Thanks

We ordered a condenser tumble drier from our local shop in Thornton, Blackpool, and we were very impressed with everything.
Not only was delivery free but also so was removal of the old drier, this was a real bonus.
However the most pleasing aspect was the staff we spoke to, especially the lady who ensured our delivery was received earlier than arranged as we had a hospital appointment, she was especially friendly and helpful.
The tumble drier is excellent too!
Thank you!

Helpful on the phone. Television arrived a day early. Kept us updated. Friendly staff

Really good price. Great customer service. Delivered on time with a really pleasant delivery driver.
All round - Excellent

Great price and supports a local business. Offer prompt delivery and provide great communication. Highly recommended.

We bought our new washer from the cleveleys branch and the chap in the store was brilliant with us.
Really knowledgeable and friendly.
Transaction was easy and their installation engineer arrived as arranged and fitted our new machine perfectly.
He gave us some advice on how to use the machine and explained the guarantee etc...a very professional & friendly person, a credit to five star.
We will go nowhere else from now on.

Very professional service prompt service and lovely people to deal with

We have used 5 Star Euronics for many years and have always had excellent service. They carry quality products, they provide excellent repair services also. Highly recommend

Ease of ordering. Delivery as promised. Recommended

Good selection of appliances, quick and courteous service and speedy delivery.

Over the last fortnight we have bought an electric ceramic hob, an oven and a fridge freezer from this company. The service has been first class from our first visit to the shop to the last delivery and installation. They were able to accommodate our request to have the old fridge freezer collected for recycling on a different day from the delivery of the new one,so that we could transfer all the frozen foodstuffs into the new one. The name "Five Star" is very apt.

A very swift professional service and a prompt delivery from Richard who did a great job fitting the washing machine. A credit to the firm !

Friendly company and good advice given on which appliance to purchase. Quick delivery and installation excellent, a smooth service from start to finish.

Ordering was easy. Delivered on time and fitted efficiently.
