When I tried to contact their support via email and raised a ticket, I did not receive any response. Despite their advertised money-back guarantee, I couldn't reach anyone for assistance and eventually had to resolve the issue with my bank. Based on my experience, I would recommend purchasing these assets from an authorized marketplace like Tebex.io, where buyers and sellers are verified.

Do not buy it a trap!! There contaxt page is a fluke, doesn’t even have a way to contact them. And notice they change up there email and contact they even change there website name couple time it was fivem-mod then beatfivem now it called hifivem. I would completely stay away from them I have a couple discord page and other company is saying do not buy from this website that they sell edit script if someone work. Couldn’t even get a refund so lost over 100$ on this!.. stay away!

The site is a scam! Things were ordered and paid for. But you don't get any of it. Support doesn't respond either. As well-intentioned advice, don't buy anything there.

Despite its purported focus on roleplay, the server fell short of expectations due to a noticeable lack of genuine roleplaying experiences. Furthermore, the pervasive issue of favoritism within the community created an unbalanced and unjust environment, undermining the essence of fair play.

What is even more disheartening is the manner in which the server handles dissenting voices. Upon voicing my legitimate concerns and opinions, I was unjustly banned from the server, effectively silencing any attempts at constructive criticism. This heavy-handed approach not only stifles open dialogue but also demonstrates a disregard for the diverse perspectives and feedback of its community members.

In conclusion, NewSpark Roleplay fails to uphold the principles of fair play, genuine roleplaying, and open discourse, earning it a regrettable one-star review. As such, I cannot in good faith recommend this server to others seeking an inclusive and enjoyable roleplaying experience.

This is the best server that I bought that wasn’t a scam. Totally satisfied.
