I had a great experience this afternoon at Fitshop. I was looking for some glute bands but wasn’t sure which ones would be best for me. Lewis, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the differences between the bands, their resistance levels, and how they could be used for different types of training.

Needed some help and advice regarding a Multi-Trainer for my home. Looked through the website then messaged their support team for further information. Lewis was a great help and guided me through the various pieces of equipment and made the purchase very easy. Great customer service.

20/4/26 Needed some help in identifying a fitness cycle so that I could download the manual etc. I used chat. The agent was called Lewis and was extremwely helpful. Sent me links that were relavent and said that I could get back if I needed further assistance . Very impressed . Excellent customer care

Bought a Taurus leg-press which is a fantastic bit of kit. Customer service is fantastic and will certainly use them again.

We had a very positive experience this morning looking to purchase a Treadmill. As soon as we entered the shop we saw the treadmills all lined up in order of size. We knew we wanted a smaller size, and Simon, the shop representative, immediately led us to the treadmill that would suit us. He showed us how it operates, and how it can be folded away, and how a new one should be put together. We were able to try it out, and adjust it for speed and incline. Simon was very helpful all along, and very personable. We have no hesitation in recommending Fitshop for any exercise machine you might want to purchase.

The staff member I dealt with was understanding of my particular needs and put themselves out to accommodate me.
I was originally drawn to the store by the competitive pricing on the website and the range of equipment catering for the primitive garage gym up to the professional level.

Did some research into a new device called a speediance smart gym - the store manager Simon spent a long time researching it with me and matched the best price out there - in fact when the price dropped a week later even matched that for me - very good customer service and great shopping experience with a nice team

Fantastic service. Had a query about Christmas delivery but stated chat with Thomas and he took care of everything in the order. Good advice, placed the order and arrived in time. Excellent.

Excellent service received from your staff in the Chessington Branch and with their advise we purchased an exercise bike.
4 weeks later we still do not have the bike and have had three booked delivery dates cancelled by the courier.
I have spoken with customer services twice and on the second occasion a log number was created and I was told would be escalated.
Again I have chased and made new delivery dates to no avail.
As it stands currently, we have paid in full 4 weeks ago for our exercise bike, but still have no bike and no idea if and when we will ever receive it and no one seems interested in pursuing this for us
