FitRecovery has been quite beneficial to me since I signed up for the 2.0 Course. Chris is so knowledgeable in all areas. I really like to revisit the modules and take notes. Along with the supplements, time spent listening and watching, I feel I can become alcohol free - in what time frame, I don't know - but for now in it for a month, I'm very confident!

Just started program so can’t say a lot. So far everyone is great, have participated in the coaching calls and enjoy that. Think this format will work better than anything I’ve done- the nutritional/supplements part I was already somewhat into( think it may have saved me).
Sometimes don’t quite know where to go for certain questions but it’s still early.

I have reviewed the course several times asnd find it very helpful and supportive. I haven't tried any of the coaching as of yet. The Riorbalance seems to work very well. It sure beats taking abunch of different supplements every day.

Tana is a life saver. She put sunshine in every day going through a challenging addiction to alcohol. Restoring my body with supplements, facing external issues head-on, and beginning to love myself again was more than I could have done without Tana!!!!! She has not only inspired me to try to to be better each day, she is nonjudgmental and just walks with me……. Even after my session is over with her, she still walks with me as I think of her EVERY DAY encouraging me to make the right choices because I am going to feel and live at such a higher, more productive level. God gives me the strength to be in control and to set boundaries for myself no matter what else I am going through.

Just over one month ago I was drinking 20 drinks per day. I would start serious withdrawal after only 4 hours without alcohol. I was about to go to traditional in patient detox followed by IOP and AA for the 4th time in 30 years. Our insurance changed and it was going to cost a minimum of $15k out of pocket. I couldn't bring myself to use savings or go into debt for something that I knew I would most likely fail at again.
I found this program through watching one of Chris's YouTube videos. I didn't think I could make it through acute withdrawal without medically assisted inpatient detox, but I started some of the supplements immediately. I was astounded by how much the supplements lessened the acute withdrawal symptoms. I have added several other recommended supplements and the PAWS are greatly reduced compared to my previous attempts at sobriety.
Spiritual based recovery programs have never worked for me. I walked out of every meeting feeling worse than when I walked in. I knew with every fiber of my being that something was not right with my biochemistry, and that no amount of willpower would ever be enough! Hearing Chris explain in detail what you can do to repair your biochemistry and in return, reduce cravings made so much sense to me! I needed to understand the science behind what alcohol does to your brain and how you can actually help fix it, versus just willing away the desire to drink. I feel like I finally have a fighting chance to transcend alcohol! Thank you so much for this program!

Not only was the course extremely insightful and helpful with the biochemical repair but the one on one sessions were a game changer.

An amazing program - seriously the only thing that works for me. Once I've completed the program, I will rewind and do it all again.

I enrolled for the Fit Recovery program about 2 years ago and began using BioRebalance instead of buying all of the recommended supplements separately. I was able to quit drinking for 4 months. I am still drinking some, but the days that I take BioRebalance, I am often able to abstain from drinking. It helps me to feel calmer and more balanced and it reduces my cravings. I will continue to use it.

Tana is wonderful! From our first chat it felt like I had known Tana forever. Her kindness, non-judgement and guidance with supplements and other recovery tools was immensely helpful to me. This includes a series of high quality video lectures exclusive to the program, as well as a number of comprehensive supplement recommendations, and a number of community options for sharing your own commentary while receiving prompt feedback from their team members, all of whom have been stand up individuals in my experience. I cannot speak highly enough about this program. I would venture as far as to suggest that these people have saved my life, and I feel as though I owe them all an eternal debt of gratitude. I live in New Zealand so a lot of the products mentioned are not available here. I also did not receive the Q&A portion of the presentation. Having said that, I really enjoyed the video and found Matt's insights very valuable and relevant. Highly recommend!

Zach was easy to speak with and I could tell he had real life experience with recovery. We both agreed with the ultimate goal of being recovered- not recovering.

This course is different from other traditional recovery approaches because it does not encourage me to feel like I am emotionally bankrupt, weak, or otherwise dysfunctional because I allowed an addictive substance to have control over my behavior. The course has empowered me to sculpt my own recovery plan that is specific to my biochemical, intellectual, and spiritual needs. Chris Scott has come up with an amazing and affordable program for alcohol recovery. In addition, he has tips to make your entire life happier and more productive. The price is extremely reasonable and you do not have to leave your home after you are detoxed. You can do all the program at home if are able to detox safely at home. If not there is much help available including emergency to help you get off the substance. I have found the information so helpful and the customer service is amazing. I get answers back within 24 hours. This is one of the most positive programs i have encountered. I have quit alcohol and feel very positive about my success thus far. Highly recomend!
