Dan A. at Fitproperty has been really helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our viewing/paperwork to find the right house - super kind!

Nadia was really helpful through the whole process and was patient and understanding when we was taking a bit longer to sign everything.

Overal FirProperty experience was 5 star. They are professionals and really care about their customers. I would like specially to thank Nadia. She was beyond helpful. Always quick to respond to all my emails and calls, polite, kind and gave straight and transparent information about the processes. At any moment I felt supported. My admiration to Nadia and Fitproprty team. No doubt I will always contact Nadia when I need to find property. Highly recommend to everyone. Eve showed me around two properties. Was a good host, very informed and extremely helpful.

Nadia showed us round two properties today which resulted in us going ahead and signing for one. Everything has managed to be sorted during the same day, including viewing, deposits and signing of tenancy's. It's been reassuring to have such a straight forward process with fit properties after having an awful experience with Dove. Would definitely recommend, great customer service and lovely staff. Thanks Nadia!

Dan took us around to look at a few properties, he was super helpful and friendly! Any questions we had were answered straight away and we left exited about moving. Also easy to contact if you have any further questions. Just all around great! 🌟🌟

The sign up process for the 2 bed apartment I liked was explained in depth by Dan during my viewings with him. He was also very informative and had an answer for each of my questions.

Very good at resolving issues, speedy process when needing references. Very friendly staff. I dealt with Adam mainly and couldn’t ask for a better service

Extremely unprofessional. They try to go against the tenancy agreement & throw in extra charges to increase the rent MID tenancy until you call them out on it and remind them that it is a legal document and they have no grounds to do so (on top of that, you are given no written warning whatsoever and are left to discover this by yourself), everytime me or my flatmates call in with a problem they say they will get back to us but NEVER do, they have favouritism and offer deals on rent to some tenants but not others.
Also if you plan on living at challenge works be prepared to deal with a landlord as incompetent & negligent as the letting agency and to live in an apartment FILLED with silverfish that get EVERYWHERE, parcels get stolen all the time, the lights on almost every floor do not work and the elevator breaks down every other week

Fit property has been of good help in solving rent problems I and my partner ones had and that was why I came back to fit again when I now needed another accommodation and lucky me , I was attended to by Ellise whose customer service as been remarkable in attending to me , helping to solve my problems and giving me so much possible hopes . I will like to say thank you to Ellise and team fit property as a whole .

Excellent customer service, was able to book a few zoom calls with Mia to go through houses to choose from.
Dan took my friends and I around our chosen house, was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable with the house and had no un-answered questions about it.

Nadia was really helpful and gave plenty of time for us to view the house as well as answering all of our questions :)

Dan was great, he found us the perfect house and provided all the information we needed and made viewings a great experience.
