I received a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a second one the next day with a tracking number that was tracked until arrival. Delivery from Spain to my location in Ireland took 14 days. I found this to be very fast, and the courier was very friendly and professional. The packaging was perfectly intact, as if it had just come off the assembly line, despite being shipped from another country. Overall, I'm very glad I ordered from here.

Very happy with my purchase of a multi gym. I had looked up reviews and had reached out to FitnessDigital customer care with questions who were very quick to get back to me.

Multi gym is in excellent condition and took roughly 2 hours to put together. Once ordered, it took about 6-7 business days to arrive.

I bought a spin bike and was delivered as expected, however there was a problem with the seat. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved by posting and installing a new seat part.

Excellent online service. They offer really good payment options. Delivery was exactly within the timeframe they promised. The delivery company was really proactive with live updates. The treadmill I ordered is absolutely perfect and exactly as they had described. 5 stars would use them again in a heartbeat.

Ordered a hypertension machine 2months ago, on delivery box arrived in terrible condition, no bolts arrived with the package probably because of the condition of the box it arrived in. Have been over back with customer service which have been good with communication over the bolts. Still no sign of delivery of bolts and have supposably been out for delivery for ages now. Costumer service is good it's not their fault that the delivery has been terrible and no bolts have arrived. Overall very disappointed and will definitely never order from here again.

Customer service was terrible . When the strider was delivered the box was broken . I spent 2 hours trying to get the machine together . The bolt holes did not align with eachother , im a fitter by trade , i know what im talking about . I reckon these are factory rejects ! i took me over a month to get my money back from this shower of theives . If i could give 0 stars i would . I will never get anything from them again .
