Friendly people great coaches and good level of training, football

The coaches where really good and they helped motivate me during the trial. They taught me new skills, and the session which was prepared was really enjoyable and effective.i also recommend other people to attend the trial as it is a really good experience even if you get through or not

Very organised

The atmosphere was extremely professional the coaches were engaging as well as encouraging. There was always an incentive to try your best and have fun and it wasn't unnecessarily competitive either, met lots of nice players and made new friends too which is always good in a team sport. Would definitely recommend to other people

really enjoyed the football trial overall. The drills were really good and effective — they were well-structured, challenging, and clearly designed to test different aspects of our ability such as technical skill, movement, and decision-making. I felt like they allowed players to properly show what they could do. The only downside was that there were slightly too many people involved, which sometimes made the drills feel crowded. At times, a few players with lower ability levels slowed down the tempo of certain exercises, which made it harder to keep the intensity high. However, despite that, it was still a very positive experience. The session was organised well, competitive, and gave everyone a fair opportunity to perform. Overall, it was a good trial and I’m glad I took part.

The coaches were very good at explaining instructions and have everyone engaged and aiming to perform the best they could including myself. All round was a brilliant experience and also got the result i wanted being offered a scholarship in the US

Coach’s are really good

The day was organised and structed well, the talk at the beginning had all the information you needed to know with the next steps if you were successful with being identified.However, as a female player it would be better if there were more female athletes there to play with. The coaching was structured this allowed the session to run smoothly and there was no waiting around which was good.

The coach had positive comms the drills helped us in actual game play, the level of participation was quite wide and covered a span of abilities

As a female i felt out of place the whole time due to our cluster with the boys, i feel as though that should have been stated beforehand since it is an unrealistic thing to do (women and men never play with or against eachother) . It was also very overwhelming since i never got the chance to carry or be given the ball in the match, so my potential wasn’t actually shown.

I attended the trail and the place was well organised stating all the things we were going to get into with a presentation . then a football session with excellent coaching and drills .

The First Point USA trial that I had was one of the best trials I ever had because of their high level staff and their ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.

As soon as I entered the assessment day, i was welcomed into a professional and motivational environment. I found out about my successful assessment not even 24 hours prior to show that they do not laze about or leave you questioning. I liked both the coaches, because of them the dream of moving to the usa for a scholarship feels that tiny bit closer to reality

It was extremely welcoming and even though there was personal pressure, the coaches ensured to not add anymore incase it affects anyone. It was an excellent session with strong instructions to get the best out of everyone’s performance. However it wasn’t stated that it was a mixed trial so girls and boys competed together, although it was good to have that competitive edge, it was daunting at first.
