5 star for a reason
First i gave 1 star because after collection, the weight on the delivery note didn't didn't match my bookings and destination name was same as senders' though i indicated someone else. Collecting the luggage was a bit complicated as it was in a gated complex with 3 different instructions and codes to access it and it was collected without a hassle from France and delivered 2 days later in the UK without any issues and all items intact. 5 star service.
