Awful expierience
Ho preordinato un funko a 23€ e il costo di spedizione era 28€, il che mi sembra un'esagerazione. Il funko è poi uscito sul sito funko europe quindi ho deciso di prenderlo lì. Alla fine ho pagato 17€ il funko e 6€ la spedizione. 28€ mi sembra una bella differenza! Così ho deciso di annullare l'ordine fatto su first form collectibles e ho mandato una mail. Mi hanno risposto dicendo di controllare la loro politica sull'annullamento degli ordini che prevedeva il trattenimento del 25% dell'ordine anche per i preordini, anche se effettivamente loro non avevano ancora mosso dito, si erano solo presi i soldi. Vabbè mando un'altra mail per cancellare l'ordine e non mi rispondono. Ne mando un'altra e non mi rispondono. Sono dovuta andare sulla loro pagina instangram per scrivergli di annullarmi sto benedetto ordine. Dopo due giorni finalmente mi arriva la mail che l'ordine è stato cancellato e che mi avrebbero ridato 44,81€ al posto di 51,26€. Bah, non comprerò mai più da questo sito.
I pre-ordered a funko for €23 and the shipping cost was €28, which seems like an exaggeration to me. The funko then came out on the funko europe site so I decided to get it there. In the end I paid €17 for the funko and €6 for shipping. 28€ seems like a big difference to me! So I decided to cancel the order made on first form collectibles and I sent an email. They replied telling me to check their order cancellation policy which provided for the 25% restocking fee even for pre-orders. Well I send another email to cancel the order and they didn't answer me. I send another one and they didn't answer me. I had to go to their instagram page to write them to cancel this order. After two days I finally get the email that the order has been canceled and that I would have been refunded €44.81 instead of €51.26. Bah, I will never buy from this site again.
