Buying a house is a long and complicated process, but Thomas at First Financial made everything so straight forward on the mortgage and insurance front. Stephen is an extremely knowledgeable, helpful and trustful advisor
Stephen was an an exceptional advisor to us throughout the whole process and made sure that the mortgage process was the least stressful part of our move. He was very patient with us as we decided on our options, he was very efficient with getting the paperwork to our mortgage provider and he kept us extremely well informed throughout the process.

Thomas did a fantastic job of organising the mortgage on my property - he collected all the necessary information ahead of the application so once we decided to move ahead the mortgage valuation was arranged on the same day and we had a mortgage offer within 72H of application. This helped speed up the overall timeline significantly and reduced stress.

First Financial for mortgage!
I have used Gavin Pearse at First Financial on two occasions and in both cases they have been excellent. Gavin has been exemplary in helping us find a mortgage during the pandemic and managed to get us a great deal! I can’t thank him enough.
Hannah Millington-Rees has also been outstanding! She has chased for us continuously not only through the application process but our solicitor for our house purchase too! She has been brilliant!
We will definitely be using Gavin, Hannah and First Financial again in the future!

Brilliant Service
We are first time buyers and Thomas at First Financial has been brilliant at guiding us through the entire process. The estate agent put a lot of pressure on for this deal to happen quickly and Thomas made sure everything went through quickly, we honestly couldn't have done this without him.
