Great people, great coaching and everything you want to see in a program. They really dedicate time to improving content and programs for the students. This program took me from being full of fear and self-doubt to being confident in my knowledge and my numbers. After starting the program it took me only 18 months to close my first 18 unit office building that will bring me in over a 20% return using none of my own money.

I am so thankful for Daniel and his coaching team/program. There's none like his program because of who he is. He coaches all of his students to reach their potential, not just in real estate entrepreneurship, but he is dedicated in shaping students to becoming good human beings, which would naturally be leaders we want in this world. Also, this community is like none other. I've found them to be honest and approachable, which I appreciate. Daniel is also very good about teaching the numbers to calculate multi-family deals. My experience with First Deal Mentor for the past 18 months has been transformational.
