We needed several changes and additions to our phone lines, Jake Ramsden responded immediately and ensured all updates were completed promptly.

The system is up and running well. Just had a couple of little glitches, but thanks to Carly it is all sorted. Carly has dealt with the situation professionally, even to checking that we are happy !!

The difference dealing with Firstcom, is you can speak to a person, and get help. To switch over to Wi Fi connection away from Open Reach supported has reduced cost and removed dependence on Open Reach. Carly assisted our move, with help and knowledge that I was not massive technical! We have been with Firstcom and the previous for quite a few years and very happy. Thanks

We encountered some problems during installation of the new digital broadened and phone connection. These problems were caused by OpenReach not Firstcom Europe. Throughout the process Carly Winrow worked closely with us and immediately contacted Open Reach demanding they return immediately to rectify the problems, and they returned the next day. She then appointed technicians Robyn and Jake to help us sort the problems out and they were both absolutely brilliant. Without this help and support we would have been lost and without a broadband or landline connection.

Firstcom have been great from the get go, always in contact and explaining everything and are very helpful when i am asking lots of questions.
Carly has been great, keeping me up to date with the installations and checking how everything was going on the installation dates and also with her aftercare the following day to see if there was anything we needed help with, sending out information sheets to make things easier when needed.

I have had a really great experience with everyone at Firstcom getting my business broadband and phone system set up. Karen Louise has been really helpful in the billing team and I’ve also spoken to Joe lees and Jacob Ramsden in the faults team who helped me fix an issue I had too! They were super quick coming back to me as well. Thankyou everyone!

Kept me informed of everything that was going on and when install dates were happening etc. and even contacted our IT guys directly to co-ordinate any transfer issues.

We have been working with Firstcom for several years now however we have recently moved to a new premises so needed to set up the new location with internet and phones. We were supported by Ashely Dooley throughout the process which was a great help. We were able to move the office seamlessly with zero operational down time.

Warren, Mick and Dave were punctual and professional. Carried out the work well and on time and explained how the phones will work. I would definitely recommend.
