I have bought my daughter sneakers as a birthday present at Firstbtq and it was only couple of days that she was wearing them when the zip tie has broke down. On the next day customer service actually Andie contacted me informing me that they are sorry to read this! They’ve immediately contacted the seller to check if they can ship a replacement zip tie. In really short time they have confirmed to me that the seller has shipped them a new zip tie which they will then ship to me once received. I was really pleased of their effort and kindness and the service they provided to me. I would always recommend them for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

I was redirected to First Boutique…
I was redirected to First Boutique through LYST when I went looking for my dream Zimmerman dress. Not only did First Boutique have the dress in my size but they were selling it at the best price on the market. I was aware that the shop is located in Cypress hence it will take a while for the dress to arrive. To my surprise, the dress arrived 4 days after purchase and it was beautifully packed in luxury packaging. I absolutely love the dress and I can’t wait to buy more from First Boutique in the future. They have excellent service, Thank you so much.
