Good experience overall

My training course was due to start on 29 April. By the 26th (the working day before) I have received zero information about where I needed to be and when etc. Upon calling them at 3pm I was told the course had been cancelled. Nobody had thought to tell me.
Fast forward 3 weeks and they still haven’t refunded me. I’ve called regularly but they either don’t answer or simply say it’s with accounts, but won’t let me speak to them.
Avoid this training partner at all costs as they will keep your money without providing you with a service and if something goes wrong their customer service is absolutely shocking!

She explained each term well and helped me understand how to safely perform first aid

Quite intense but enough detail and knowledge to complete with confidence.

Everything was explained well by all tutors and I feel confident in first aid after the course , you can see how experienced and professional each tutor was in how they explained themselves

Brian, Adam, Noreen were all excellent. They are very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Although at times I struggled, they was all there to reassure. Would recommend this course again to anyone :)

A bit intense but well laid out, there’s always going to be work on points. My only issue would be that so much information was crammed into so little time.
