Absolutely Seamless Service - A++!
Absolutely seamless service from Fireplace Warehouse Liverpool from stepping into the showroom to choosing our fire and having it fitted. No selling pressure, only advice and guidance when we needed it. We were kept in touch throughout our order and the two-man fitting team did an excellent job taking great care and skill in patching up around the fitting and the new outside flue.

Fantastic Experience
The staff here and the service are second to none. They don’t pressure you at all and give you lots of useful help and information to let you come to your choice. Once ordered they gave regular updates so great customer service! The guys who fitted the fire were really friendly and did a fantastic job which also involved bricking up an old vent. I can’t recommend this place highly enough

Over the moon with my fire
Very pleased with my fire, the young men who fitted it, Tom and his colleague, were excellent. They were efficient and cleaned up completely after themselves. I’m
Quite fussy and was worried about mess, but they covered the floors completely to protect them. I even brought my food shopping home, and they offered to bring it from the car for me. Two gentlemen. The fire looks amazing, heats the whole room and is just fantastic. Thank you

Great service
I was recommended to the Fireplace Warehouse and I have to say that the service I received did not disappoint. After discussing my options I was directed to the choices I could make but left alone long enough not to be pressured into buying. The staff were very friendly and helpful , I was a happy customer. The fitter too was great, giving useful advice and extremely careful when fitting leaving wallpaper in tact and everywhere tidy on completion. More than happy with the service. I would highly recommend them.

Huge choice of both electric and gas…
Huge choice of both electric and gas fires on display in the showroom, to suit all budgets. Excellent service provided all round. From the guidance and advice given in the showroom, to the clean, efficient fitting of my gas fire by the friendly fitter. Highly recommend, and will use again.

Great Fireplace Showroom
Great Fireplace Showroom, really big and good as you can actually see before you purchase, which we struggled to find before we visited these guys. We ended up going for a gas fire and fireplace and we used their gas installer. So happy with the service we received from the sales staff and the advice they gave us and the gas installer was a lovely lad too.
