My first contact was with Gemma who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jordan and Kai arrived well equipped with dust sheets and were very tidy and professional when they dismantled my existing fireplace which needed to have the base reconstructed as it had disintegrated. The work was completed successfully and the old fire was reinstalled. I then decided to have a new Gazco Logic HE Balanced Flue fire and after some delay, during which time Gemma kept me regularly updated, which I very much appreciated, Kai installed my lovely new fire. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again and would definitely recommend.

A great company to work with! Gemma and the team were easy to get hold off, organised and on time.

Stefan and Paul were polite and tidy whilst working in the house and coped with visits from our Golden Retriever who was keen to see what they were doing!

Great service! Fitted a log burner, replacing an open fireplace, when a local shop told me this would be impossible to achieve within a reasonable budget.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough from Gemma in admin to Kai who did our survey and installation and all the other team members who made removal of our multi-fuel stove and installation of a new gas stove go without a hitch. Such polite, respectful and professional service and at a reasonable rate. Even delivered our multi-fuel stove to someone we’d sold it on to. Thank you, we love the ease of the gas stove!

We were introduced to The Fireplace Fitters by Fireplaces Direct. We had shopped around at local showrooms and got fitted and supplied prices of around £6,500.00. Purchased fire and mantlepiece etc from Fireplaces Direct at about £2600.00 , The fitting was £750.00 plus VAT..So overall a £3,000.00 ,saving.

The Fitters , Kai and Jordan came on the dot of 8.00am , very polite and considerate. Did a beautiful job , very competent. A big bonus was they Managed to re route the on show supply pipe under the floor and up into the fire.

Completed the works in under six hours , took great care with levels , and a pride in their work.

So glad we investigated prices otherwise would have paid a lot more ( spending saving on a holiday !) , and got to have the work done so very well...

Leading to the installation Gemma kept me updated with clear communications. The fitters arrived on time, first job was to place dust sheets over all items in the lounge. Then the installation was completed to a high standard with discussions regarding items such as the mains cable run to ensure I was involved in the decision making process. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with the install the guys were efficient and tidied up afterwards. Fireplace looks lovely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service, Amy was so helpful and knowledgeable from the very first phone call. An initial visit was organised so we could work out what we needed. Richard then visited our property twice and our gas fire (that has been installed but never used) was up and running within a couple of hours. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. Gemma was very helpful and accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. Kai and Jordan were extremely helpful and professional and did a great job. They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and left everything clean and tidy.

We purchased an antique marble fire surround then had trouble finding someone to fit it until we found Fire Place Fitters uk who did an excellent job. It was difficult as the surround was old, the floor uneven and the marble needed cutting! The guys did a fantastic job we are so pleased with it

Contacted Fireplace Fitters to take a look at our gas fire which was tripping fuse.
No parts available as the company no longer exists so we would need to replace fire. Gemma and team from start to finish were seamless in provided us with information to choose a new fire. The installation was great and not speck of dust left when finished. Very happy with the fire which was better than we expected.

Excellent service from Gemma and the Team. The installation of the chimney liner, plate, and log burner was efficient and professional. The boys were very patient and thorough while explaining how to set up and use the log burner to a newbie like me. What a fab family run company!

Gemma was very helpful and professional from the start to end as an administrative officer. Jordan, the engineer installed my log burning stove yesterday and it was quick and professional. They (James is the assistant)came earlier than we expected and started the business straight away and installation was easier because our builder already made sure everything is OK for Jordan to work through Chimney and making the holes on the wall with very much professional skills required and Jordan did an excellent job!!! I recently had a log burner installed in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire experience from survey to completion, was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone from the office (namely Gemma) and the installation team were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The installation area was left clean and they took time to explain the operation and maintenance of the log burner.
