Very disappointing experience with Firepaw. I placed a custom order valued at close to €3000, with clear expectations and specifications agreed at the time of purchase. However, what was delivered was not my custom order — instead I received their generic, off-the-shelf model.
I raised the issue immediately, expecting at minimum an explanation or solution, but the response I received was dismissive and there was no proper effort to resolve it. Over time, communication stopped altogether, and I was essentially left ignored after raising a serious concern about a high-value order.
No compensation was offered, and there was no accountability taken for the mistake, which made the experience even more frustrating given the amount of money involved. For a €3000 custom order, I expected basic professionalism and customer support, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
Leadership and staff involved include George Simeonov (CEO), Krassi Atanasova (Sales Manager), and Dimitar Valchanov.

I’m genuinely excited to share this review because the level of customer service, craftsmanship, and overall quality from this company is on another level.

I recently ordered a custom Generation 10 slatmill, and the experience exceeded every expectation I had. Anyone who knows me knows I pay attention to every detail and push for perfection—so I don’t say this lightly.

Throughout the entire process, I was in direct contact with the owner, Georgi Simeonov. Every question or concern I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, even with the time zone difference between us. That level of communication and dedication is rare.

What really sets them apart is the level of personalization. I was able to customize every detail of my mill—from color combinations to key components—all the way down to having my personal kennel logo incorporated into the design. That kind of hands-on, tailored experience is something you just don’t see often, especially from a company operating at this level.

I’ve worked with and respect other well-known brands in the industry, but the personal attention and customization here stand out in a big way.

At the end of the day, I’m not easy to impress— but this mill is INCREDIBLY AWESOME!!!

Good service and contact with the people from this company, they re kind and help you very good with your questions, also the delivery from the stuff you order are very fast!

The communication was prompt, and clear, they were exemplary professionals, they initiated offers for features I hadn’t yet asked for, but were necessary (e.g logos). They also matched my preferred colors to perfection. Happy is such an understatement in this case. Thank you much FIREPAW 🐾

My dogs love their gen 10 slatmill, it is a fantastic product which is invaluable for us and our dogs.
When we purchased the slatmill the team kept in touch throughout the purchase process which made it easy and were very friendly.
We have had our mill for nearly 2 years now with no problems it is great.

We have a dark blue collar and leash set and we can't praise it enough. Practical, sturdy and stylish. This set is part of our everyday life and the fact that it lasts so long is incredible 😍

The products are very sturdy, durable and comfortable.
They have amazing fittings that also hold up very well. But I have to mention the colors, they are also incredible.

The best machines out there, I have been running my dogs on Firepaw treadmills for the past 10 years and they have grown amazingly. Awesome products I think every owner should have one

We love the communication from firepaw. We are literally on the other side of the worlf, so we're reluctant but everything went real smooth and all my questions were quickly answered.

I ordered a treadmill with plastic slats, although they recommended me the wooden slats. After our event, over 150 dogs ran on it, and i asked for the wooden slats. No problem at all and it arrived shortly after i ordered it. Besides that, they always help our event out with great sponsoring!

I never received my order i paid over 1700€ and got scammed never received anything stay away!!
