Customer service
Customer service, tech support is terrible!! We was without internet for 3 weeks after the last storm, we call them at least hundred different time's over the 3 week period with promise's to call us back and schedule someone to come out and fix the problem but no one every would call us back and had to call them on a daily bases with same outcome promises and lies!! if you have any problem's these guys are not helpful at all!! when we got our my bill we was charged for the whole month and they refuse to deduct 3 weeks without service from my bill, If I had other internet providers available I would leave firefly in a heartbeat!!!!!
