Arrived as Promised
Arrived as Promised, great units worked as detailed in the instruction. And easy to set up, our church is a safer place now as the signal hit all the places we put the units.

Total waste of time
From start company promised delivery for next day as available stock.....called in 2 day later part is o. Back order will arrive 8 days later!!!! If you are a professional don't use this company absolute amateurs. To top it of didn't evan apologise....

Substitute product without consultation
Sent substitute product that didn't meet our requirements. Now have the hassle and expense of making a return and finding an alternative provided as you haven't advised if the product will be restocked anytime soon.

Ordered smoke alarm set easy enough on website. Then waited and waited for delivery job had then passed took longer than a week to recieve items. Got refunded payment but not delivery.
