Well organised with communication in advance. The facility was great the trainer is knowledgeable and always available after the training hours for doubts and clarification.

I felt that too much information was thrown at us during too few very long days, and because of this it didn't prepare us for the exams properly.

When I started my apprenticeship, I was new to and quite unfamiliar with the industry I was about work in and learn about. I had worries about how I would be able to successfully handle the on the job work and learning.

I would like to say a special thanks to my learning mentor Perran who has helped me excel with his guidance and dedication to ensuring I had the resources and opportunities to develop my knowledge and skills. I appreciate the regular check-ins and communication with Perran who has always been professional and approachable. Perran's mentorship has had great impact on my confidence in my technical skills and working in the industry.

Firebrand's apprenticeship is very comprehensive and there is great support available for accommodations on your learning journey.

Firebrand training was really great. A lot of information, input and good preparation for the exam. The location could be improved as well as to get a print version of the training material.

Zielgerichtetes Training

Für alle Trainings kann ich festhalten: Trainer die zielgerichtet und sehr umfassend vermitteln und etablierte Begleitdokumentation.
Das Konzept sich für die Dauer des Trainings vom normalen Alltag abzuschotten geht voll auf.
Man sollte sich aber auch klar sein, es ist wie ein Bootcamp mit Nürnberger Trichter.
Kleine Kritik am Rande am Prüfungsmaterial von PeopleCert, bitte denkt über eine bessere Übersetzung nach.

Perran Jasmes was my learning mentor for 2 years while I completed a lvl 4 network engineering qualification. He was so insightful and helpful during the challenging times.

I recommend him to anyone who is partaking in an apprenticeship as you will be lucky to have him. (he's a laugh as well)

Perfekt Organisiert. Gute Unterkunft. Gutes Lern- und Prüfungs-Umfeld.

Schulung, Unterlagen, Schulungsraum, Dozent alles perfekt.

Optimierungsbedarf besteht bei Hotel, sei es bei der Matratze und dem Essen.
Man konnte zwar schlafen, aber fast alle Teilnehmer hatten Rückenschmerzen. Die Essensauswahl war gut nur manche Speisen waren qualitativ oder vom garrzustand nicht so optimal.

Alle Anforderungen wurden einwandfrei erfüllt.

The trainer in person was excellent and helped to bring the material to life and ensure we all understood the concepts. Highly engaging.

Dozent konnte Lehrinhalte mit praktischen Beispielen schmücken, Unterlagen waren weitgehend genau übersetzt, Prüfung kann in mehreren Sprachen abgelegt werden. Das Lernklima war sehr freundschaftlich, was bei der Fülle an Stoff umzusetzen in 2,75 Tagen sehr geholfen hat.

Hervorragender Trainer für unsere Firmeninterne Schulung mit sehr viel Praxiswissen, nicht nur eine Folienschlacht. Genau was was man Wissen muss, sehr zu empfehlen

Das Konzept von Firebrand - kürzer aber dafür umso intensiver - sagt mir einfach zu. Ich komme immer wieder gerne. Auch die kompetenten Instruktoren entsprechen meine Erwartungen!

Das Training Sonntags anzufangen erachte ich nicht als wirklich fördernd.

Super Location, volle Konzentration auf das Thema möglich und es gab keine ungewollten Ablenkungen. Wenn man den Kopf mal freibekommen muss, bietet das Hotel einen schönen Wellnessbereich :-). Dozent war fachlich und persönlich Top und ging auf Fragen sofort ein.

Top Trainer, super Kurs, gute Unterbringung. Lernumgebung super.

Das Wissen wurde gut vermittelt, etwaige Nachfragen wurden zufriedenstellen beantwortet und man konnte auch nebenbei noch ein paar andere Infos mitnehmen.
