I cannot rate Fiona enough, she is sooo helpful and so hands on with her approach to coaching! I’ve been a client of coaches before but the experience with Fiona doesn’t compare to my previous coaching! 🥰 the plan is so accommodating of your likes/needs and Fiona is so good at being my own hype queen pushing me every step of the way and helping me with my every concern❤️❤️ I have never had a coach who is so invested in my progress and who wants to see me achieve my goals 🥺❤️❤️❤️ I feel so comfortable checking in with Fiona and being 100% transparent on the good and bad days .. could not recommend Fiona’s plan enough🤩❤️

Best experience of my life
I have been with Fiona Coaching for a good few months now and I can honestly say it’s been the best experience of my life! I never ever thought there was hope with me and my relationship with food and the way I view myself and my body. She has helped me MASSIVELY in such a short period of time! I already can basically eat what I want a not feel guilty/binge. I can also go to more social events without being terrified. I also just feel so so much more confident in myself!! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Fiona has been the most amazing coach…
Fiona has been the most amazing coach so far!! She makes the plans super personalized to my preferences and is super responsive as well!
She’s been able to keep me on track and always checks in to see how I’m doing. It’s amazing to have someone who is knowledgeable on binge eating because she can understand what I’m going through and is the biggest hype woman for my wins!!
As much as she is my coach, she also feels like my friend. Could not recommend Fiona’s coaching enough 🤍

Fiona is honestly amazing
Fiona is honestly amazing, I have only done my training and meal plan for around 4 weeks now but it was the best decision I ever made! She is so supportive and will alter my plan if there is anything at all I don’t like. She checks in on me and makes me feel amazing ❤️ A truly amazing woman ! ❤️
