Great and patient support
I started working with Finsbury Market as a newbie full of scepticism; was defensive since the get go; however the Finsbury MKT onboarding team patiently walked me through until I was handed over to their CSM team. I was skeptic, maybe still am but so far their team is responsive and gained my confidence.
Just thought I would leave a good review as it had been a nice journey so far and I know I have not been easy to deal with.

comfortable with advisers
I felt comfortable with Sam and then Noah to advise me and reasons why suggestions were made.
The operation of the system screen becomes easier with training and confidence grows.
I have made a few mistakes with double and triple clicking of buy/sell buttons because of how we impatiently repeat when any web-page doesn't react immediately, so only click once! Me not understanding the system being the main cause.

As a novice I’m happy with the way that…
As a novice I’m happy with the way that my manager advises me rather than tells me what to do. Followed up by an explanation, helping me to understand the basic mechanics of trading. I’m contacted most days at my convenience and bought up to date on the movements of different markets. I’m overall happy and confident that I’m learning a little more from him each day.
