You will get the run around trying to cancel services. They are trying to send me a 3000+ dollar bill to cancel their services after my ex wife left the business. She's also the one who signed up for this junk.
I met up with a sales person regarding the credit card swiping for my business. He assured me that if I didn’t like it, I could return anytime. Upon returning the device, they are trying to send me a $3800 charge for cancellation. I never signed a contract, so what do I have to cancel. The only thing I signed was saying I received the device. I tried calling and emailed them and got nowhere. I highly suggest not using the company.

This is by far the worst card processing company I've ever used. Finova is also Optics. Both are a disaster. If you receive a call from Nia Sanders, hang up. Every word that comes out of her mouth is a lie. Her so called manager, Eugene, isn't much better. Have a problem you need answers to...you won't get them to answer the phone. Don't bother leaving a message, you won't get your call returned. I'm still fighting with them for unauthorized charges AFTER I terminated service.
Keep your attorney on call if you do fall into their trap. I had to choose one star since there's not a negative choice. Date of experience....the entire time I had them.
