Excellent product, excellent customer service

Having read the other older reviews, I feel bad for those people and the frustration they must have experienced. I believe Finnmark is trying to improve their service and products. Based on the information on my sauna, I think I purchased in '20 or '21. I never had any trouble with the sauna and love it and the benefits I noticed from it. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to store my sauna for almost 1.5 years. When I was able to get the pieces to my new place, I couldn’t find the top. I called a number of places to try to purchase a new top sending emails and leaving voice mails to all kinds of companys thinking maybe Finnmark had been sold. I finally went back to Green Smoothie Girl for help with who to contact. They gave me Gordon's name. About the time I was ready to give up, Jenny Scott stepped into my dilemma and fixed everything! I had found the top that day but didn’t have the electrical cord or screws. Jenny sent me a cord and screws so I could put my sauna together. Once I got it together there was an error code and based on looking online the instructions said to call customer service. Well, I didn’t get a response so I bothered Jenny again. Finnmark was in the process of moving so the reason for no response from customer service. I told Jenny the error code and she said she would get back to me. True to her word, Jenny did the research and called me that night to tell me the fix was really easy and was sending me a small piece that needed to be replaced. Well, it worked and my sauna is working! I cannot say enough about Jenny and the above and beyond service. If I had a company, I would be trying to hire her! I'm sorry for the others who have left a review, but my experience is Finnmark is an excellent product and I have told my friends about it many times. It doesn’t do a company good to have a great product if the service people get is not equally good. I would rate Finnmark an A for product and an A++ for service. Last, even after sitting in a storage unit for that long, my Finmark still smells amazing!

Damaged goods with no refund or replacement-Utter lack of responsibility

I wanted to love this sauna and company but our sauna came damaged. We followed the protocol for reporting the issue only to be jerked around for months on end being told they would either send a replacement panel or partial refund for the damaged panel. This was ordered back in April and delivered on July 29th 2022. This was escalated from the frontline representative to the Garrett Gordon the president and all we heard were ""crickets. Regardless of what tech is behind this don't anticipate any good customer service. Be sure to check out other reviews online having similar challenges with responsive. Expensive lesson learned for us. Don't trust finnmark designs.

My Influence Sauna Doesn't Work They Won't Fix It

So I bought my Influence Sauna last Spring (2022) and it took 3+ months to get it. I bought it on the recommendation of Robyn Openshaw of Green Smoothie Girl. She said it gets up to 170 degrees which is optimal for detox. So I bought their Hybrid model for $4500. Since I started using it, a main wall heater doesn't work and the door was hung crooked and opens/closes a bit difficult. I contacted Green Smoothie Girl who said I needed to contact Eli and Joe Cruz at Finnmark Designs. Well I had to do my own troubleshooting with some guidance from Eli. They wired it wrong for one, but after weeks and weeks they finally sent me a replacement heater. Twice they gave me a tracking number that never made any progress - it never shipped. Third time it got shipped. It didn't work either. So, then I checked the voltage at each connection to that heater and there wasn't 120V to that heater after the ceiling connector. Several emails back and forth with them and always was told they would get it figured out, but always silence until I bugged them again... and again. Well on 12/7/22 Eli said he would have engineering look into it. It is now 1/20/23 and not a word except for more lip service that they will find an answer. It has become obvious these guys don't stand behind their products and they can't figure out why my sauna doesn't work - not that I think they have tried all that hard - it's been 6 months now and no solution. I said take the sauna back and refund me, but silence on that solution not surprised. If it isn't resolved shortly then I guess we go to claims court. In summary my opinion of this company is post sale they are horrible. Customer service is horrible. The sauna only gets to about 152 max temp and doesn't live up to the claims they make right on the website of 170 degrees. Not good management or customer care. Marginal quality at best. Sarah at Green Smoothie Girl keeps telling me to be patient. Well Sarah I think 6 months is more than patient and ridiculously long to try and get any product with this price tag to work. Look elsewhere for your sauna is my recommendation.
