I have ordered two 50" Finlux tv's a few years ago and they are excellent. I haven't had any problems with them and I would definitely recommend them.
Finlux as a company are fantastic! I've just placed another order for some tv's this week however I cancelled the order and replaced it because I re-ordered the previous tv's rather than purchasing a newer and larger TV. The customer service was exceptional - I spoke to Abbi and she confirmed my order was cancelled and sent me an email to confirm for peace of mind. A big thanks to Finlux and Abbi for her fantastic customer service and look forward to purchasing from you again!

I spoke to Sam to deal with an issue i had with a TV i purchased. Sam was so helpful in dealing with the issue in a very professional and also friendly manner.
I have never resolved an issue with any purchase before that was so easy and quick, thanks to Sam.
Tried to buy a 40 inch smart tv from the Finlux website -for 229 but a message popped up on checkout that there was a problem with the payment. Going to their chatline on the webpage I was advised by 'Sam' to try buying it through Amazon instead. Which I did. The Amazon price was 234.98. Lo and behold a few days later two identical tvs arrived and I discovered two debits on my account. Well, this should have been a fairly easy matter to sort out but anything but. The extra tv took 3 weeks to collect and now another month later still no refund despite several returns to this chatline with different agents all sharing the same pretty avatar face saying it will indeed be be refunded. FInally had to get in touch with trading standards and claim breach of contract to an address for a company called Vestel hidden deep on the Finlux website.
A bad experience with having to store a big tv we didnt want in the run up to Christmas and money tied up which we needed elsewhere.
Head office finally offered compensation of 25 pounds or a finlux tablet. As the latter was worth a lot more I took it.
I bought a 42" 3D smart TV a few years ago from Finlux and the wifi dongle developed a fault. Within 2 minutes of clicking web chat Abbi had requested my address and a replacement part free of charge in an envelope and on the way to me. Delightful customer service. Hands down beats the competition for quality, service, design and price. Do not hesitate to buy you won't regret it. Great job Abbi. Finlux management - great job, great training and service. I have been in touch with Finlux Direct, and spoke to Sam a couple of times about an order I placed today. Service is very fast, and all problems resolved.Excellent service.
Honestly, checked 100's of specs and reviews last night for a new tv for my mum and Finlux came out way ahead of the pack on top of the pack and when i made a stupid human error and forgot to add the Free tablet offered with my TV to the basket before checking out i contacted them through there live chat on the website and Sam reponded within seconds and resolved the problem within a minute, politely and proffessional but still easy to talk to, Thanks so much i'd definately buy from you again.

Live chat was great and Ms. Kasey (Live Chat Executive) was of great help. As soon as I gave her my Order ID and told her about what the problem was, she immediately came up with a solution and told that it will be dispatched soon and will be delivered in 2-4 working days.
Also, she told that an email will be send to me to notify that it has been dispatched and the order / shipment Id will be given to track it.
Kassey was very helpful when i told her my problem tht i diidnt recieved my free tablet and she said thats bcoz i didnt add it on my basket and she will send me the tablet within the next couple of days..very good service!!

not finlux fault but xdp couriers they didn't deliver on the day they lied that they had been and when it was delivered the screen was broke im fuming what a waste of time ive emailed the pictures now finlux say they aint got them yet I will keep you updated but never sign for a tv until you have opened it.

I bought a Finlux "entry level" LED TV, which was a very good buy at the price, and has a very good picture and useful features. I would certainly buy another, and am seriously considering an upgrade to a Finlux "smart" TV right now.

Good support is important. I have contacted Finlux Support twice, with questions.
The first support question was with a little while ago, answered by Danny via e-mail, about the very useful PVR function and what memory stick was appropriate, this was answered promptly.
The second question was just now, via "live chat", and is what lead directly to my review. I was truly impressed. The chat session was connected really quickly by Sam, who was superlatively helpful about the remote control. Sam, thank you very much again, should you chance to read this!
So. Very good price/product, and excellent product support too!
I was experiencing a problem with the T.V remote. It may have been just the batteries and changing the batteries did seem to fix it, but with Xmas coming up I did not want to risk it failing again, as the only way to operate the T.V is by remote. I contacted Finlux on live chat and spoke to Becky, explaining the problem and without hesitation she arranged to ship out a new remote free of charge, The service from Becky and Finlux was excellent.
Would to same a big thank you to the team of ppl that helped me with my TV . Especially To Sam for the quick response in phone calls and emails . Problem sorted cheers have a wicked Christmas and an amazing new year .
This is my first time using Finlux. I just ordered 3 TVs (65" & 2 50") and spoke on live chat to a lovely lady named Emma who couldn't be anymore helpful and nice. Not even 5* customer service it should be 6*. Nothing was a problem for Emma. As I ordered 3 TVs I cheekily asked for a complimentary tablet for my child and Emma asked for me and to my delight said yes. All I can say is great company with top class customer services will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks very much :-) :-)
I am absolutely fuming with anger! I bought a 50 inch Smart TV from Finlux early on last week which was meant to be delivered on Friday by what I found to be an unreliable delivery company called XDP Express.I got a text message saying it will arrive between certain times and never arrived and despite many phone calls and email I got no reply. They finally delivered it to my home late yesterday and to my shock and horror when I unpacked the TV the screen was totally and utterly destroyed.Imagine my disappointment,my frustration and anger! I suffer from anxiety so by this time my anxiety just went right up pass the threshold level.I then contacted Finlux support and they gave me a customer service email and ask me to take a picture of the screen and send it in.I still havent heard anything from them.Too much hassle,too much drama and stress! I just want my money back end of story
After over a week of waiting for my television to be delivered, I gave up and cancelled my order. XDP had not attempted to deliver it even once but had promised to 3 times! I have asked for my money back but have been told I have to wait until XDP return the goods to them before they will refund me. This is not good enough! I have paid for something I have not received. If they had used a decent delivery company I would not have waited in 3 times, telephoned several times, emailed and been lied to! How can I recommend a company when they use cowboys like XDP, and how can I review a product I never received? Such a shame. I will now wait until the January sales and buy from a reputable company.
