Kent is truly a craftsman of his trade, and his knowledge and passion really shines through.

We met 3 fitters in total (2 of which were big brands) and Kent was the only one who spent time with us to understand what we wanted and walked us through a few issues he identified and how he was going to get around them.

If you're considering shutters, it's imperative you use him!! This is someone who knows this business and trade inside out, in comparison to the big brands out there!

from start to finish Kent at Finesse was excellent, he had such knowledge and made the whole experience of purchasing shutters for our new home so easy.

Today Kent from Finesse Shutters visited my house to give me a quote for new blinds in my lounge. When he saw my damaged blind he advised me that it would repair very easily and that it would be silly to have a new blind when the existing one could be repaired. He explained to my husband how to repair it and said if you have difficulties to call him at a later date! His advise was perfect....my husband will repair the blind. Kent was friendly and efficient giving us great advice to repair
our blind. We were very grateful for his advice.
I would definitely recommend Kent to anyone who needs good honest help or very nice new blinds/shutters. A lovely man very nice to do business with.

Kent is a star, knows what he is talking about and provides multiple options which are also aligned to cost. No hard sell, and delivered on time ( one set was early). Giving advice with no sales push, with strong communication throughout the process via text on delivery and fitting. It has been a fantastic service, I had my whole property fitted with shutters and a kitchen blind. Took over 2 days and they were on time and worked diligently. Throughly recommend.

Excellent product good prompt communication and service

Kent fitted a roller blind for my Mum and she's really happy with it. The measuring up took next to no time, and the fitting even less! Advice was given regarding fabric and colour and Kent was professional and friendly. She's already considering getting some more blinds for the rest of her windows. Highly recommend!
