Great customer service
I have ordered with this company twice, both times delivered on time and customer service has been very responsive and helpful with special instructions. Good choice of produce with good pre - selections available as well as ability to create your own hamper. Good experience overall.

Wont deliver to Scotland
Very disappointed that a Scottish company won't deliver to Aberdeenshire, claiming its outside mainland UK!

Above and beyond Service
Ordered the Smokehouse Dinner Hamper at 7.24am yesterday morning and by 1pm today it arrived and WOW, the Wicker basket I ordered it in is well put together and very decorative, this was boxed in a lovely white box with Fine Scottish Hampers written across it and on opening up the wicker basket it is laid out lovely with a protective sheet around the contents, At the time of ordering the hamper, I also ordered an extra item and extra packaging to arrive at the same time. A few hours later, I received an email from this company telling me that they had managed to fit the extra item in the main hamper and that they had refunded the delivery cost and packaging cost back to my card and without me even asking. truly amazing service, great service from start to finish from this company, I would highly recommend them and I will surely use them again!

Wrong Hamper Delivered
sent the wrong hamper for my sons wedding anniversary.
wife ordered hamper and turns out the company is in England so not a Scottish company at all.
Will not be using them in the future due to the mix up.
