I made my first purchase from this site after seeing it recommended to me on google many times. I collect Rice Ceramics and find it hard collecting them in the UK. I ordered a Rice Ceramic candle holder from them and less than a week later it arrived, perfectly packaged and exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t ask for more from a website like this one! Extremely happy!

Purchased a willow basket from Fine Nordic then found an identical basket on Amazon.co.uk for less than half the price. Would not recommend Fine Nordic to anyone.
Beware of websites like this one with pretty pictures and not enough details...because it may well be a cynical way to offload junk at excessive costs to customers. There are online traders you can really trust and rely on and those which are either scams or so bad they may as well be. I would suggest Fine Nordic falls in the middle which means you take your chances with their items.
I've ordered from them twice, the first time my purchase ( brass coat hooks) wasn't a large or costly one, I like their selection it looked like they were selling quality European goods, and so I went ahead. After being perfectly happy with my purchase first time around I went back to them for a plate rack.
You will note as others here have said Fine Nordic do not provide all the measurements and sizes you would expect or need to make your purchase.
So despite even trying to look up the brand on other sites, there was no way to know before purchasing it that the rack they sold me was not going to be fit for purpose - which is simply not acceptable practice.
While priced more favourably than an expensive hand made rack, their "Chic Antique platerack" is retailing at nearly 3 x the cost of a functional rack from other trusted retailers like Dunelm Mill, and is being deliberately marketed to look the part.
Despite this (after waiting excess time for it to arrive) I found that the rack itself is at least 5cm too small to accept even the smallest standard sized dinner plate. A small 22cm side plate or saucer is about all that will fit. In addition the item itself is so flimsy that this is possibly all it can hold anyway. It has been constructed of soft, rough sawn, and extremely lightweight pieces of scrap wood, meaning a full set of large heavy dinner plates would have been too much for it to take in daily use anyway, and it would have quickly fallen appart . Perhaps this is one reason it's made so small? I'm not sure why else someone would knowingly make or sell something that barely anyone has a typical use for? Im sure theres no big market for side plate racks. But if you want to cut costs and enjoy the fairly obvious financial markup, here is something which there is likelihood that customers will be attracted to it ( due to the marketing and the price point ) and which they can't really try before they buy. The fact is that most will just accept it too, international customers will either struggle to return a large item to Denmark, or they will fail to follow up because it's not actually broken and they assume it's their own plates that are somehow "too big" ( see other reviews below). People are also so used to junk these days, they buy for a brand or a style and simply dont know how robust an item like this actually should be ( esp for the price) and they won't write a negative review etc etc...all this means its quids in for poor trading practices if your company keeps a low enough profile. I won't be going back to Fine Nordic who should source better products and provide the correct information as a minimum.

Again, I can’t stress this enough, it was an inferior product of a cheaper nature. I will donate the baskets and buy from a local shop. So I won’t be using this service in the future.

My order was not delivered a month ago. But I see that I am not alone. Disgusting company. Don't buy from them, if something with the order goes wrong - you will be left without the order, money and help. I just lost 200 euros and no one wants to be responsible for the fact that the order was not delivered to me.
I received my beautiful red pig candle holder on Thursday. As I was not home, the parcel was taken to the nearest post office for me to collect. At first I thought it was annoying, but on second thought it was the safest thing to do.
I absolutely love my candle holder. ❤️

Product looks nice and easy to fit . However i made a mistake and thought being a plate rack it would actually fit my plates in. I checked the W x D x L but my dinner plates are too big. I have both M&S and B&M plates they dont fit!!!!! SO i have gained a nice to look at plate rack but my kitchen draws still have my plates in. Si i need to either buy 20 new plates or leave it

I ordered a candle holder and some candles as a Christmas present. All went well until the delivery. I had no notification of the day of delivery from the Courier, GLS which is linked to Parcelforce, and so ! was at work. I live in a lowish rise apartment with various buildings that are linked with a few post boxes and places that couriers leave parcels. They are often stolen so I wouldn't have let the courier deliver on this day if I known it was arriving. I have a photo of it left somewhere, presumably on site, but I don't know where it was actually left. I have searched everywhere and asked on the Group Chat if anybody has seen this parcel. No-one has which is unusual so I'm wondering if it was even left at my address. My contract is with Fine Nordic who should refund me as the parcel was not delivered into my hands. They are insisting that I deal with the Courier company. This is against Consumer Law as I did not employ this third party. I have still had no refund.
Just received my order and I'm thrilled with my purchases 🤩 Fast despatch, much quicker delivery than I was anticipating and my order was packed very well and safely. Thank you so much Finenordic team! I will definitely be back 🌈
I recently ordered three “Walking Santa Advent Calendars “ from FineNordic which were dispatched and arrived quickly. Sadly one was damaged. My email to FineNordic was answered within 24 hours by Andrea at Customer Service. A refund was immediately offered as the advent was thought to be out of stock. I enquired about an alternative but, to my delight, Andrea sourced a Santa and dispatched a replacement to me, keeping me informed at all times. I was so impressed with their customer service and will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I have recently bought a teapot Pip Studio from the web site of FineNordic and it arrived very quickly to Morocco!
Within 3 days!
And it was very well packed!
I was afraid it would never arrive or it would be damaged, but I am so happy to see it's all right!

I have ordered many times from this site and have never experienced any problems. All orders arrived on time if not before and beautifully packaged. I cannot recommend them enough. I only wish they were closer so I could shop in person and not online.

I placed an order last week and within about an hour I had an email to say that it had been shipped and that I should receive it in New Zealand in about a week. It arrived today (2 days earlier than expected) and everything was beautifully packed and just as it appeared on the website. I took a risk with this company after I ordered the same items 3 months ago from a New Zealand company based a few hours from where I live that still hasn’t arrived, which makes it all the more impressive that these items were able to get here so quickly from Denmark. I’m so glad I took the risk. The products are beautiful and the service was amazing. I would gladly shop here again.

Sadly, I have now sent a final warning for recovery of funds. I have had to pay 54£ to return damaged items back in the promise of a full refund of over 200£ for items left in the rain and damaged or missing. I have never had such a poor experience and stronger suggest that you do not use this company.
Sadly I have had to contact the gentle in the review again by email as the company have failed to confirm the amount refunded ( over 300£ due ) and to which account. The comments about the high cost ( over 54£ I had to pay to return damaged goods to you in Denmark! Is a key point of my argument. Company policy should be that if the items are missing or damaged that the customer should not be expected to have to pay to return them to you!! And wait over 2 months for their funds back. I further confirm that if the full amount is not received I am sending a summons to the registered office of fine Nordic uk. I strongly ask office buyers to go to another company and this is somewhere that you should avoid

Needs improvement ships from denmark and cost £5 aprox for deliveries to UK & returns are NOT FREE very annoying cost me £8.70 to return goods which were not suitable with royal mail really annoying and very pricey - warning to buyers.

Ordered a maileg bunny and Easter egg and still haven’t received the items. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have ordered elsewhere. Hope it will be here in time for Easter. Please can you advise. Tracking on Parcelforce just says ‘general logistics’ but that was a week ago.
