Pleasantly surprised!!

Pleasantly surprised!!! The award trophy was beautiful, larger, and much heavier than I expected. It will be an ongoing 1st place award for all of our yacht club tournaments.

Great Experience

The website was clear, when I made a mistake was easily caught on time, once I selected the product all my questions were answered rapidly. Once the order was made, Sheldon was in contact with me. He was super helpful and direct. Everything went smoothly and the awards arrived well in advance of the expected date.
I learned from this experience, and I definitely will come back in the future.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. They followed up when I had questions. It took a couple emails for us to get on the same page but I felt like they were patient with me as I tried to explain what I needed. Love the finished results.

Your most important feature is your sales reps. We've had April for a number of years. It's reassuring to know that I'll be working with the same person each year. She really knows her customers and nothing is seems to be an issue to get done. She stays on top of the process without being pushy. She's a keeper!
