I was looking for a new permanent…
I was looking for a new permanent vendor.
I gave FineAwards a shot with only 3 of the 8 awards I needed this month.
They were only able to fulfill one of them, communicated poorly with me, and showed that they weren't interested in a relationship.
I will not be using them in the future.

The Wow Factor
This is an amazing company. The service was great they really provided great feedback back helping with the decision on the most appropriate plaque. I must admit I was somewhat concerned about the choice but the turn around time was lighting speed and when the trophies arrived I could not be more pleased. They were well packaged and I dig down to get them and wow! They were beautiful! I am so satisfied and well pleased. I highly recommend and will be doing business again. Moreover, the cost is so affordable for such a beautiful awards! They would bring a smile to awardees faces!

Nice awards, but poor design support
The awards look nice, but the design support process was too limited. They limit to only one design revision, which is not acceptable for awards that are intended to make a deep impression on recipients. Having just a second included revision to adjust minor font size, spacing, etc would have been very nice.

Regarding the design revision process—we do include one revision by default to keep production timelines and costs efficient, but we’re always open to additional tweaks, especially for minor adjustments like spacing or font size.
Charges are only considered when revisions become extensive or go beyond the scope of the original design request. That said, your point is well taken, and we appreciate the suggestion as we continue to refine our customer experience.
