Hi, I have reviewed your profile you submitted to us. You listed four medications. For privacy purposes I will abbreviate. The good news is the listed medications are all in the formulary and should be covered as follows:
E - is either a Tier 2 or Tier 3 classification based on dosage, the M, and the last two that start with A are Tier 1 generic.
Tier 1 generic is the most basic and common medication you can be prescribed.
If any medications are not covered with your new health plan, they may not have been listed to be looked up on your enrollment form.
Your primary care doctor can also submit a formulary exception for you to continue to use your specific medications that may not be covered. Your carrier would need to review the request and decide to approve it.
Alternatively, you can call in to our customer service department for a conference call with the carrier. Thank you for your business and this review.

Hi, based on our records it looks like we assisted you with getting health insurance back in July of 2025. After we got your insurance approved it doesn't appear we reached out to you via phone. So those spam calls are likely other companies and you will likely continue to receive those calls as those companies are not related to our company. Thank you for your review.
