Ran into a weird issue where my search filters were messed up and no surrogates were showing. I contacted support because I couldn't figure out what was wrong. They replied in less than 5 minutes, which I wasn't expecting. Turned out I had selected the wrong filter. They told me what to change and it worked right away. Can't complain about the support.
