It said I got March, April & May never got anything from Sunrise

Sunrise has been a great weight loss management program for me.

They have been great and worked with insurance to get my medication covered. They made it simple and stress free, especially with the shortages pharmacies are having meeting the demand for the medication, they have different options for you to be able to get your medication and get back to you in a timely manner if you are having trouble getting your medication due to it being back ordered .

This company is bogus and should be looked at by the BBB. They tell you that you are a candidate, take your money, then tell you to go to your doctor and that you're probably not a good candidate. Just go in to the Dr office! Save tour money and get an effective team of people who care about you not this rip off. Make sure not to give them your credit card information.

Company and staff very helpful. They will help anyway they can so you can reach your target goal. I was having issues with my insurance and the staff did wonders to make sure the process was smooth and I received my medication.

Customer Service- Summer was so helpful!

I recently wrote a negative review of the company after weeks of miscommunication and poor customer service. However, Find Sunrise finally reached back out to me and resolved my issue. They are working with my insurance to see if my medication can be covered again, but for the time being, they gave me another alternative that can be shipped directly to my home and is relatively affordable. I also received a credit to my account to help with costs.

Find another company to go through because this one is horrible! The doctor they assigned me too Trissy Chun ...I received my order but I never received the Zofran for nausea like I was promised I also can't get through to anyone they don't answer your messages....also they know nothing about this medication they told me inject 25 units!!! Thats wayyy to much for the first time your only supposed to start at like 10 units not to mention had I injected that 25 units i probably could've overdosed and got sick and I wouldn't have enough semaglutide to inject for the next 3 weeks they only send you exactly enough! Either way thinking of getting a lawyer involved there is no way they have real doctors working for them!

Constant contact and quick response

I have messaged the support team several times. with questions and clarification on cost of Rx and shipping. I got a complete explanation on dosing and self injections, as well as a recorded message from Dr. Shin. I like that it is recorded so that I can go back and listen again in case I forgot anything. They answer quickly and thoroughly. After starting the treatment I have messaged the medical team a couple of times about side effects.
