I had a issue with my prescription and Alicia did everything to get the pharmacy to contact me and was all the way until it was shipped to me. Definitely went above and beyond. Thank you Alicia! I will be able to stay on schedule with my medication.

Sunrise not a bad company I had a issue with account Lindsay contact me got on the issue resolved in ones day only issue I had was support reaching out summer did look into my account got on the issue to resolve it right away I thank her I love the company there company out here that want resolved the issue but sunrise help a lot they even search to find my medication bin stock in get it out to me as soon as possible thanks summer for redo the issue

Good evening. Honestly, at first I was very unhappy with the service because there was confusion with new guidelines as far as a picture. Fortunately, for me, one of your employees, Summer stepped in and has walked me through not only getting everything going again, but getting credits that I deserved back. Before talking to Summer and dealing with her, I would’ve never recommended your company. I’m a nurse, so I have people to recommend it too but Summer handled everything. She was also kind and considerate. She was honest and fair and followed policy, but also didn’t make me feel like a number or a paycheck. She is the reason I will continue to work with your company and the reason I will recommend it to my patients and friends.

Customer service is great! They helped me so much with the prior authorizations required. I get a response quickly and a prescription sent to my preferred pharmacy

Nataly was super helpful with every question I had. I needed to change my pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy had my glp-1 prescription on back stock and wouldn’t have it for several more months, Nataly helped with that! Nataly also helped every step of the way working with my insurance and even offered to call local pharmacies if I needed (to ensure I would be able to fill my prescription). Always super quick to respond.
