I'm a landlord and they've stolen my photos and phone number without my permission. I've never used findallrentals and don't give them permission. The most outrageous thing is they advertise my property in London, when it's in a totally different city! They're scamming people and taking excess money from tenants so I strongly recommend you stay away from them.

March 2026 update: I just checked and you're still falsely advertising my property with false details. If you're that concerned please remove this fake advert: Derry and Toms Building, Derry Street, London, W8 5EE, United Kingdom | 4 bed house for rent #154590066 | Rentberry

April 2026 update. Findallrentals have asked Turstpilot to have this review removed as they claim it contains 'personal information'. This another false claim by 'Findallrentals' as I took the information directly from 'Findallrentals' website and is publicly available on their own website.

I was asked to pay R19 just to unlock access and connect with an owner for a rental enquiry. I went ahead and paid, only to find that they upgraded my account without my consent. No details were provided in their confirmation email, no proper explanation of what I was supposedly being “upgraded” to, and no clear way to contact them directly for assistance.

Just as another token to this lovely website – the very listing I enquired about turned out to be from a known scammer in the area. So much for their so-called “vetting process.”

This is misleading, unethical, and feels like a deliberate money trap. If a company has to trick people into hidden charges, ignore consent, and allow scammers to advertise freely, it’s not a legitimate service.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from Find All Rentals.

Unauthorised card charges

This company SEEMS good. They offer a compilation of rentals available in your area, and then puts you in contact with leasing agents. Unfortunately, exactly 7 days later, they unknowingly charge R750 from your account, as your end of trial period fee, WITH NO WARNING. This is a scam, and they don’t give you the whole truth.
I wouldn’t recommend this company as you can just use mainstream companies instead, avoiding the unnecessary financial implications,

Scam

Scam. Paid €1 for a 7 day trial just to find a landlords details, only to be transferred to another website.
Then 7 days later was charged €39 for a full membership which I didn’t agree too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
UPDATE 06/03/26: Rentola (parent company) contacted me, reviewed my case and refunded the €39 charge. So the 1 star has been changed to 3 stars for the good customer service.

Can't trust this company or it's affiliates

Well, I came across FindAllRentals and reluctantly joined their service to speak to the landlord—for a regrettable R19 for 7 days. They suggested staying on the service for 24 hours before discontinuing, so I tried to cancel. However, the system kept returning a message saying it couldn’t find my account.

The following week, I was hit with a R750 withdrawal out of nowhere. The R19 terms and conditions made no mention of any possible R750 charge—who in their right mind would agree to this? I would prefer a system where the price you see is the price you pay, with clear indication of what that amount covers.

The service provided nothing of value. I am deeply disappointed by this "cloaked tactic" enforced on me. I cannot trust this company after this experience.

This company is a scam. They list non existent house listings, make you sing up for their expensive membership and then they tell you that the listings doesn't exist. Please avoid them at all costs.

SIgned up for the free trial and was debited R750 shortly after!

SIgned up for the free trial as I was looking for a place. Found a rental elsewhere, yet they debited R750 from my account, within a few days after the inital R19 trial period. DO NOT sign up for this. I will be taking this further. And if it is not resolved, the media needs to know about this... They intentionally do not send mails to your inbox, so that you are not aware...

Total scam

Total scam, I found a property I thought looked nice and when I tried to contact the landlord via the site it told me I need to subscribe and I can do that for 7 days charge being R19.00, then today they debited me R750.00. I did not agree to that. Back to the first part of my story. After paying the 19.00 for 7 days the site redirected me to a free site with the original listing for the property. This is a complete scam to get people to sign up to get their card information so they can debit your account later on. I want my money back. This site should be banned.
