My experience with FFN was great! Ryan Payne was my first contact with the company. He was professional, patient and thorough with answering my questions. Went through the entire process of getting approved and signed documents. In final part of the call, Molly explained that I would be getting calls from creditors as they were negotiating the debt. After asking why, the process was explained, and after understanding that my credit score could be negatively affected up to a few years due to the process, I realized this was not a good time to proceed as I will be needing to purchase a new vehicle in the next 6 months. She was very understanding and agreed that this was likely not a good time as a poor credit score would result in terrible interest rates at the time of my purchase and that perhaps I should revisit debt settlement after said purchase. She transferred me to someone who immediately cancelled the process. I felt reassured and appreciative that they were so understanding and willing to stop the process if it’s not right for the client. If this was a scam they would be much more persistent in trying to lock you in to the program. If it’s still something I need in the future, I will definitely be calling them back.
