Joe was able to secure a reasonable mortgage for our new property and even managed to extend our mortgage offer several times after the sale fell through while maintaining the same interest rates for which we are very thankful for. We will definitely use them again in about 5 years time when it's time you renew.

Carrie is just brilliant. From the start she explained the mortgage and how it works in layman terms without being patronising. We knew where we stood and what we could afford. I asked a number of questions on a frequent basis at random times of day, she never kept me waiting very long with her reply. She changed our mortgage without prompting when the rates got better at least 3 times. All along the way she chased solicitors and the estate agents.
