FWS to the rescue.
Yaay, I finally got a call that my ROZMO system is working working again, I will test this when home tonight. The technician got there and called me right away, he seemed to know what he was doing and was super helpful. Im excited to finally have my filtered water back for the family after 3 weeks. I also got a call from head office to let me know that they were not going to charge as i was close to a service change, which was super helpful.

Good Service, Yearly follow up and always on time
Had my water filter installed 6 years ago made huge difference in the taste of water.
Follow up calls yearly so I don’t have to chase new filters, technician always punctual, courteous and cleans away any mess.
Great service and I highly recommend.

The person who came to change our filters was not professional. He was not friendly or helpful. I would not want him to come back to change our filters again. I’m very disappointed with the service.
