Risposta di Filter Direct - WTW filters

Thank you for your feedback, Jerry. We supply only original Systemair filters and do not offer a house-brand alternative for this brand. Based on the difference in appearance, it seems likely that the filters previously installed in your unit were non-original replacements.

Please send us photos of your previous filters and the ones you received—we’ll be happy to check and help clarify the difference.

Bought a filter for a recuperator, will order again.

I bought a filter for a recuperator. The order was completed quickly, the delivery was smooth, the product arrived neatly packaged. The filter fit the specified dimensions, the quality is good, the installation was simple. I feel that the air has become cleaner, and the ordering process itself was clear and convenient. I was satisfied with the purchase and will definitely order again.
