As a film and TV Line Producer this site / app is a game changer. What would normally take days of work is now done in minutes. Great customer care too.

Vita and Ivan demonstrated Filmustage script breakdown and scheduling software. It was flexible, responsive and reliable in real time, with tools that appeared to be well-suited to production management. I would encourage everyone to check them out. I really look forward to seeing their estimating software soon.

Filmustage is pretty close to a dream come true. Super fast, close to automated, breakdowns of scripts. With AI and a serious team, that jump at support, I will keep a vigilant eye on them and if half of what is the pipeline comes true. I will be a life long customer.

I love love this app. it cut so much time out of my work with script breakdowns. I love the interface and the colors and how it feels like what I'm used to. I would have given it 5 stars but I want and need other elements of production support like, production forms, crew call sheets, location area for pics. if this could compete with StudioBinder I'd switch over in a heartbeat. thank you and keep it up.

A great platform for motion picture planning and scheduling. Great usability, clean integration with Final Draft. Really good stuff. High recommended.

Really useful product that helps us by dramatically saving time and therefore money. And they are investing in adding functionality every few months which really benefits producers of different types.

This is about the first product I've been excited about in years. It does just about everything for you. What made me choose Filmustage over others ( like Studiobinder) is the ability to color code scenes anyway you want. I have to have scenes color coded by scene/location, not by day/night. This allows me to quickly scroll up and down the breakdown and find matching locations to scheduling ease. I can see Int./Ext. in the heading, I don't need prehistoric ways of working. Now if Filmustage would give you the option to automatically color code by time of day or by scene/location, that would be next level.

The auto AI synopsis is ridiculously wonderful. Something that would take two weeks, took 30 minutes. It's a step I would have skipped, but it makes keeping track of what's happening in a scene so much simpler.

There's a couple kinks they need to work out, like prop search/add, but they're working on it and will be done before I need it later this summer.

Definite 5 stars already, and it's getting better. The way it automatically finds props/costumes/cars/etc is fantastic, as well as ease of scheduling.

Plus, basic scheduling/breakdown is cheaper than the competitors like Studiobinder and Celtx.

Filmustage is the next evolution in film scheduling and breakdowns. Glad I found it. I preliminarily scheduled a 113 pg script within a day.

Stop doing your breakdown the old way. If Elon Musk were a 1st AD or a film director he'd be using Filmustage. It's smart and intuitive and just saved me days of work which means it saved my money on my budget. Love it!

After seeing the Filmustage, I can not possibly understand how any Filmmaker can live without this Service. Check it once and you understand why.

I have been doing schedules in Movie Magic fro 30 odd years - and can honestly say the FilmUstage has transformed the process - the time saving is just extra-ordinary.

It's a brave new world and FilmUStage are looking to the future with their AI/intuitive software.

As a Line Producer/Production Manager the most laborious phase of budgeting is the break down - it's not only long but one can lose concentration and miss things.

But the breakdown that FilmUStage provides is so smart and time saving. It picks up quite a lot (currently a little over zealous) but the team at FilmUStage have assured me that as the software progresses they will rectify any issues - it's a process - hence the 5 star review.

Sub categorising everything into summary sheets means I can quickly run through the script, change what's not quite correct and what is key is that the software saves every change instantly and applies it the whole script/project/summary. So reducing human error and possibly embarrassing oversight in my budget.

Feasibly, I can also share my comprehensive break down with crew like production designers/prop masters-buyers/costume designers etc. They can make changes and we can share it all through the same program in real time.

As an example, I broke down and prelim budgeted a 90 page £2m script in approx 48-36 hours. Where as before the break down alone may take me that time (and may not be 100%). And leave me defeated.

I ingested the script and in about 1 minute the software had broken down everything. I then took it upon myself to just go through scene by scene (old skool) to eye ball correct certain things. About 75% was perfect though.

No more highlighter pens. No more using multiple spreadsheets and updating long lists manually.

I haven't used the scheduling function at length, but on first use it's impressive as it slots days/actors etc. into place with locations. As one would expect.

Nothing is perfect, but it sure beats off line programs like clunky Movie Magic and this feels like the future of film production for LP's and Producers.

The software works like magic! I was looking for a product that could help me to work with the scripts and manage the whole process. Before I was using spreadsheets and that was time consuming.
The cool thing is I just upload a script and it automatically breaks it down to the scenes, characters, locations.
It helped our team to save around 20 hours, amazing product!

Filmustage is a very promising program. I prefer the scheduling strip board to Gorilla or Studobinder. The breakdown part of the app is jaw-droppingly wonderful.
