Dumb imbeciles does not even come close to how I would describe these people.

Not only did they muck up the first order they mucked up a "test" jersey they mucked up a reorder. 51 jerseys..... car rags now. Thank you. You people are every word that describes dumb. I have no idea how they messed up the first order let alone the reorder. The excuses they gave for messing up were special. No refunds for them completely botching the job. Def wasn't my fault. Over a month of correspondence, confirmation of specifics and still... so bad. Worst experience ever.

Disappointed Cancer Survivor!

I am a breast cancer survivor and placed an order for a custom jersey to celebrate my survivorship. I never received an email confirmation and tried following up on several occasions and have never received a response. I am now working with Klarna as paying and have not received the product. My event is next week and too late to secure another custom product.

Not worthy

Please everybody, file a dispute with your banks and get Fiitg banned from USA banks. The jerseys are cheaply made, the material is subpar, and the measurements are very off. Everybody file a dispute a keep the evidence jersey, conversation, measurements, and everything.

Lying and scamming for weeks

This has to be one of if not the worst experience I have ever had. I came to this site and saw some of the reviews and it seemed to me then that the good outweighed the bad. Well this was absolutely not the case. Fiitg has continued to lie to me about my order and I fear that I have been scammed. For those reading those reviews trying to decide what to do. I beg you to please not order from here. They do not care about you or your experience and have provided me some of the worst customer experience I have ever received. Please do not buy from here. They have left me feeling exploited and taken advantage of. This company does not deserve the business of anyone willing to order from here and I truly hope anyone reading this takes it to heart. The good reviews here are most likely paid as they tend to be far shorter and simpler than those which describe an experience similar to mine. Please save yourself a headache and money and do not order from this place. If anyone at Fiitg reads this. I hope you know what you have done to all these people is wrong and disgusting. The claims you make and your "commitment" to customer experience are lies and I hope you never get a customer again.

"Miky" for the expedient, excellent responses to an issue I personally created in err when ordering. Miky researched my inquiry within the hour, responded with visual confirmation, and allowed me the opportunity to express my satisfaction with expected requested services. Additionally, I received follow-up words of confidence in the processing of my purchases. I am very excited about the items being especially created as surprise gifts for a dear relative. I am also confident of the guarantee in quality production as expressed through the very kind attentions of Miky! Kudos to Fiitg for allowing Miky to have a lead role in representation of your customer support department!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! This company subs out to China and their products are junk! Don't waste your time, or money. Would give zero stars If I could. Not to mention they're liars too! I just read their reply to my review and it's an absolute lie! I'm not in their system?! Thats crap! I've corresponded with them several times via email and believe me, they know exactly who I am! They're dishonest and shady. I paid an additional $25 for 3-5 day shipping and the product didn't arrive in that window of time and all they can say is its not in our control. Then refund the $25 Fiitig!!! And stop ripping people off! Again, their product is junk, and they are dishonest. Look elsewhere for this type of product. You'll be happy you did! ZERO STARS FIITIG!

Terrible company, do not buy

Long story short. I made an order on the 9th of August and it took nearly 3.5 weeks to receive. Got jerseys they were the wrong color and they even tried to tell me after sending multiple colors that i was mistaken. I have been fighting with their customer service person on Facebook messenger for 17 days now. They said they will make new jerseys in the right color but I am responsible for shipping. They want me to pay for shipping because they messed up. I said screw that I just want a refund and they offered me 35% of my money back. WHAAAAT! Worst online shopping experience, terrible production and shipping times, terrible customer relations! Buyer beware!

I will respond to your message here. I've sent emails with no response. I was in contact with your people on FB messenger but after I started telling people to not buy nd sharing my experience directly on your page you have since blocked me from posting nor can I respond to you in messenger any longer. I can still leave comme ys in the review sode buy you uave so many bots leaving fake reviews rhat it all washes down. My credit card company has been made aware and I have filed to get my money back due to fraudulent charges.

I was skeptical…..

To be honest I was very nervous about buying these soccer kits for an alumni charity soccer game we hosted. But Helen was amazing. She returned all my emails promptly. Answered all my questions and delivered all the kits as promised. Over 40 sets. One was printed wrong and they shipped out a replacement with no issues. I highly recommend Fiitg. But more so I recommend Helen. She was professional and made me feel more comfortable throughout the process.

Love the Baseball jerseys❤

I ordered from another company originally. They took forever and eventually shut down the site because of an overflow of business. I researched and reached out to fiitg. Yes the product took a while to ship, But this was a custom order and the results were fantastic. We will be ordering again. I was in touch with Helen from beginning to end. I never had any problems with status. The pricing was very reasonable.

Do not expect to receive your order in…

Do not expect to receive your order in a timely manner. Do not expect your order to be accurate. If you call or email customer service regarding the unacceptable condition of your shirt, they will ignore you and pretend as if they’re researching your order; but you will NOT receive a follow up response. Even when I asked for a status updated, their response was poor and lacking professionalism. To say the least, I’m so disappointed in how my transaction has been handled.
