I have been a member for 3 years now, I love the variety of classes and that they can be done at home from my phone/tv. The training plans are also great when I need a bit of inspiration! The customer service is also great, they give very quick replies and are very helpful.

This is one super fitness app!
I have tried a number of fitness apps over the past few years and was slacking off my routines so spent time searching for a new one - settled on FIIT after trying several other apps’ free trials and feel FIIT is the best for me by far. I love the trainers (they are like real people and so pleasant) and the music and the cool studio. The workouts include some warm-up and cool down time, which you don’t often get with other apps. The way the workouts are structured is great – doing the technical work and then the challenge portion. I link up via their heart-rate tracker and it’s so cool seeing my reps be counted during the challenge portion, really helps me to go the extra mile in that tough last quarter phase of a workout. It’s a bit of a bummer that only one program can be done at one time, but that’s probably a good thing as it forces you to work through a program – I know if I started two or three programs I’d probably end up not finishing any of them. And one can always do one-off classes on the side, e.g., breathwork or stretching on off days. I love how the programs are laid out where you can see all the workouts you’ll do for each week and can see what each workout entails, i.e., which muscles are worked (on a diagram of the human body), what equipment is needed (if any), what exercises are included. And kudos for offering kettlebell workouts (hard to find among the apps) as well as rowing workouts (even harder to find). The “live” classes is a cool way to compete remotely against others. Haven’t taken advantage of that yet but may try to get my sister to join one – and we can see who earns more FIIT points. Customer service is super - they even respond on the weekends if needed in my experience. For those who complain about auto renewal they sent me an email several days before the free trial ended that warned about the trial ending - it was very clear. Love the year membership option, brings the price down nicely. I’m excited to finally get in the shape I’ve wanted to for years and feel it’s gonna happen with FIIT. : )
Hands down best exercise app!
Absolutely changed my exercise game - always hated the effort of going to the gym and then covid hit so could go anyway so signed on to Fiit and last week marked my 3 year anniversary as a Fiit member 🙌 Such a great app with so many different options - the only feedback I’d give is if the training plans classes could please be changed every now and then or if there could be more variation in the actually classes in them because I feel really motivated by the training plan but don’t often sign onto them because I’ve done them over so many times.

Unethical company relying on customers forgetting to cancel autorenewal
This company rely on customers forgetting to cancel their auto renew to make money. I got an initial year free through vitality health and did not really use it. When I realised that they had taken £120 from my account I contacted them. They advise that because they sent me an email reminder that that was sufficient for them to be able to take a full year subscription!
I could understand a 30 day charge but a full year for an app they know I haven’t used that has the option to pay monthly, so why take a year from me? This is unethical practice and relies on the fact fact that customers may miss email communication especially since they regularly send marketing emails throughout the year.
Be warned and don’t sign up for any free trial with them and make sure they do not set you up to autorenew.
They have offered me £30 as a “good will gesture” which only serves me they know what they know their business practice is unethical. Surely there should be at least 14 days cancellation period and a requirement to actively confirm a renewal!

I love Fiit
I love Fiit. There’s so much choice, body weight, dumb bells, kettle bells, yoga, Pilates, core workouts etc etc. Then there’s the morning stretch and cool down sections. Join a program or create your own. Class duration from 10 minutes to 60+minutes there really is something for everyone. On the odd occasion I have had to contact customer service they’ve always been quick to respond. I high recommend Fiit.

Love Fiit. I have it on my big screen tv and have been working my way through the classes, really love Richies classes which have helped my flexibility. It great to have the variation of classes to choose from depending on how you feel
Issues with my fit tracker connection
My fit tracker came with a flat battery and first I couldn't figure out why I can't connect it to the app. Customer service answered my email within an hour and sent me clear instructions and also posting me new batteries. I couldn't ask for more. Best customer service I have ever experienced.
It's the best fitness App I've used.
I've been using FiiT for two years and have done nearly 1,000 classes. I use it at home (on a TV) and on the road when travelling for work (on my phone). I think it's a fantastic App - great trainers (Luke Baden, Gus Vaz Tostes, Cat Muffin, Michael Myers and Pete Pisani are my favourites), good variety of classes (Dumb Bell, Kettle Bell and Yoga for me) and easy to use/track your sessions.
The fitness classes are recorded in a smart studio and are well put together. When I've contacted the FiiT Team via chat/email, I've always had quick and helpful responses.
I've just paid for my 3rd year's subscription because it's REALLY GOOD.

Great for self guided fitness plans
Great for self guided fitness plans. Lot of sessions that don't need any equipment or just a pair of dumbbells. I usually cast it on the TV and follow the trainer from the comfort of my home.
Terrible customer service.
Used a free trial with FIIT. I tried to cancel from their website but was unable to cancel my trial before payment was taken. I immediately reached out to their “customer service” team which is non existent. They just informed me that no refunds can be given even though I had tried to cancel. I asked them to check my usage of the app. It would be quite clear I had used the app only 1-2 times during the trial. The right thing to do in this situation would be to refund the money taken. However FIIT was only interested in taking my money and not resolving the issues at hand. Would strongly think twice before thinking about giving these a try. I certainly don’t recommend them and would not use them again having seen how they “look” after their customers that have difficulties with them especially in todays cost of living crisis you’d think they’d be a little more supportive. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Didn't even know I had a fiit subscription and hadn't used it in over half a year was charged for an annual subscription and asked to be refunded as I did not know I had it. Response is that they don't care and I'm not getting any money back. Especially in these hard times an annual subscription fee can feed you and a family for 2 weeks. Money grabbing corporation who does not care about customers.

Absolute terrible customer service and a scam
Absolute terrible customer service and only after getting your money. Signed up for a free trial, never used it and 30 days later they deducted £89.99 from my account. I emailed them 2 days after and they refuse to credit any money and take £89.99 for the full year they then hide behind terms and conditions. I wouldn't deal with a company like that and had i read the reviews i would not have bothered.
